Next week is the homecoming game and dance!! I'm so excited to go to both those things. The only problem is that I haven't been asked to the dance.
What a bummer.

Today I was asked to go dress shopping with Alexia and Brittney but they have dates. We're going on Friday since the dance is going to be next Saturday. I hope Mark finds the time to ask me to the dance.

Marks pov
Homecoming? Next week? No way! I've been trying to find a way to ask Alondra to the dance. How do people do this. I want the way I ask her to be original but I can't think of anything.

I was in at home and Blake came over. Blake was being nosy and asked how I was thinking of asking her. "I honestly have know idea" I told him. "Well I can help?" He says. I told him thanks but he won't always be here to help me.

I was walking to my room wondering, thinking. Oh my gosh !!! I know how to ask her!!!!

*Next day*

The day was the same normal day then lunch came along. That was when I was going to ask. I asked her close friends and some other people to help.

Alondra pov
Today was boring I have no date still. Boo-hoo!!
It was finally lunch and I couldn't find Alexia or Brittney so I just walked to the cafeteria. The door was hard to push open today, you don't even know.

After I opened it tho a bunch of blue and purple balloons fell from the ceiling and I walked in to a red carpet and Mark standing in the middle of the cafeteria with a "HOMECOMING?" Sign in his hands. I walked over to him smiling really big and said yes. We hugged and I sat down with all my friends.

*Friday*

I can finally get my dress. Good timing to Mark, I go dress shopping today. We decided on a blue or purple color because that's the color he used to ask me, but I'm considering different colors so I don't know. Mark told me to find one I liked and that I would go shopping with him for his tux.

I walked into the dress shop with Brittney and Alexia. Brittney said that her and Weston chose purple because they both look good in purple. So for me purple is out. Alexia and Mario decided on green. Green is out for me to. They both went to look for a dress and I did the same.

As I was lurking I saw this beautiful baby blue dress. It was a tight crop top with a skirt that goes all the way down to the feet. I took it out and went to the dressing room. I took a mirror picture and sent it to both the girls.

I took off the dress and went to find them. They saw me coming and started going on about the dress I chose. "Be quiet and look for a dress!" I told them. They did as I said and I helped them.

At the end Alexia had chosen a green strapless dress that went down the the knees. It looked so good on her. Brittney had the purple neck strap dress that went down to her feet.

*Skip a day*

Today the guys are going to buy the tux's. They asked us to go with them. Blake was going to because he asked a girl named Julie. I don't know her because she doesn't go to school with me. We got at the shop and we each went with our dates to help them look.

I was following Mark because he's doing the choosing and I'm doing the judging. He took out this black tux that had baby blue inside of it.
He followed me to the dressing room because I knew where it was.

As I waited outside his door I heard him struggling. "Are you okay?" I ask. "How do you do this!!" He shouts back. "Open the door. I'll help you." I told him. He opened it. I walked in and started helping him.

Mark: how are you so good at this?

Alondra: well, my dad really. Before he left us. My mom wasn't home that day and he asked me to help him so I did.

Mark: oh sorry about your dad.

Alondra: it's fine. Really.

Marks pov
Alondra was helping me in the dressing room. Trying to fix it up and stuff. I asked her how she was good at this and she said before her dad left she helped him fix his.

"All done" she's says and looks at me. All I could do was stare at her and smile. "What" she said laughing. "Nothing. Your just so gorgeous" She looked at me and smiled. "Not as gorgeous as you." She kissed me and walked out of the room.

I looked in the body mirror that was in that room and stared at myself. What did I do to deserve a girl like that?

*Skip to the before the dance*

Today is the dance. My uncle is a limbo driver so I just called him for a favor. I asked him to pick up everyone else first. When we finally got at Alondra's house. I knocked on the door and she answered. She looked so beautiful standing there. I took her hand and headed for the limbo.

There were so many cars and limbo's in the drop off lane. We just parked and got out. As we entered the venue which was a party hall. Everyone was dancing and talking and laughing.

The dance was pretty fun. We ate, we laughed, and we danced. I didn't win homecoming queen because I'm just a freshman. After the dance we went home where I planned an after party because my parents won't be home for the weekend.

After setting everything up people started showing up. I was alone because mark was with his friends and Alexia and Brittney were with their boyfriends. I was standing outside by the pool and I heard someone walking up. I turned around and saw Jacob.

A: hey

J: wheres Mark?

A: with his friends.

J: and he left you?

A: at least hes not cheating on me.

J: ok sorry I know I messed up. I just wanna make things right. I don't want us to hate each other.

A: I don't hate you. I'm just disappointed in you. I never thought you out of all guys would do that to me.

J: then why aren't we friends? And I said sorry.

A: fine we are and thanks for talking to me.

J: no problem. Let's get in now.

Jacob and I walked inside together and Mark saw. He ran up stairs and I chased after. He ran into my room. He was standing out on the balcony.

A: Mark?

M: what do you want!?!?!!

A: it's not what you think!!!

M: what's not what I think. You were cheating on me with Jacob Alondra!!!!!!

A: what a friend can't talk to me when you ditch me for your friends!!!!!! You know what Mark screw you. I'm out.

I ran out crying to my moms room and locked the door. I heard someone knock on the door. "Who is it" I yelled. "It's us" Alexia said. I opened the door and let Brittney and Alexia in.

L= Lexi(Alexia). B for Brittney and A for Alondra.

B: what happened we heard yelling?

A: Mark and I happened.

L: tell is everything.

I told them ever and they said I should talk to him and apologize. I'm not going to do that because I'm not the one who messed up. I went down stand asked everyone to leave.

After everyone did I went to bed thinking about Mark.
