Jacobs POV
I was walking out of the restroom when I heard a doctor yelling. "She's awake" is what the doctor yelled. I was so pumped knowing that it was y/n. I'm so happy she's alive and that she's gonna come home to me again.
D:she's awake and will be able to go home in 2 days. (Walks away)
I walked into y/n's room and she looked so beautiful. She saw me and gave a weak smile. I felt so bad that my fans did this to her. She didn't deserve it. I have to make it up to her.
5 days later
It's been 5 days and I finally know what I'm gonna do. I'm gonna do a surprise date and take her to a picnic at the park.
Y/n POV
It's been 5 days since I got home and well it has been pretty boring. Jacob said he wanted to take me some where but I wasn't sure where. He told me to dress simple but in jeans or leggings and a sweater so I'm guessing it's gonna be cold.
