I can't stop the tears from falling,
I can't stop my heartbeat from rising,
I can't stop the pain I'm feeling,
I can't stop the voices I'm hearing,
I can't stop everything that's happened,
I can't stop all these desperate feelings,
I can't stop all these weak cries for help,
I just can't stop all this madness,
Please save me from this tragedy,
I can't stop the feelings that comes with this heart of mine.
I can't stop everything that has been said,
I can't stop all the thoughts,
I can't stop the memories,
I can't stop your touch from lingering,
I just can't stop it all.
