Chanyeol X Self-Harm!Reader

This has been going on for so long, I have had enough! This happens wherever I go. I get bullied no matter where I go. I don't really understand what is it I do that makes me a target. I try to be nice to others, but instead I get bullied. Is it something I say? I don't know. Usually, I can stand it, but in my last school it got really bad and out of hand, which is when I started cutting....

The physical and mental abuse got to me so bad that I began ripping my skin with razors. It is a terrible habit, but it is the only way I can find any form of release at the moment.

When I was in junior high, I had a childhood friend named Chanyeol that would comfort me and keep me from doing anything stupid. But a few years ago he left and now I am all alone. I really cared about him, maybe even more than just a friend, but it doesn't matter anymore because he left me all alone. I don't blame him at all because I know he went to pursue his dream, but I also felt like I was holding him back, so I stopped talking to him, which hurt me so much. I don't know what he thought about it, but I probably didn't mean that much to him....

You are walking down the hallway of your school to your classroom before you are stopped by a group of girls. They are the most popular girls in school and probably the richest as well. Though in your eyes they were far from the prettiest. The amount of makeup they had on wasn't exactly tasteful and their clothes did not suit a school environment, more like a club. Before you could avoid them, one of the girls stepped forward and pushed you, making you fall backwards. You wince and get up but they don't seem to be done with you.

"Listen up, ugly, there is a new student coming today and he is a trainee under SM. I hear he is also very handsome, so don't even think about talking to him or trying your stupid friendship bullshit. He is mine, so don't come near him, got it?!"

You don't look up and simply nod. The bell rings and they run to class, you decide that being late isn't a good idea, so you also hurry on to class.

When the teacher comes in, a very familiar boy follows her into the classroom. Your eyes widen while the girls squeal and whisper between themselves. The girls that were talking to you earlier are quickly fixing their makeup. You look back to the front of the class in disbelief.

What is he doing here?!

"Hello, everyone, my name is Park Chanyeol. I hope we will be friends."

Chanyeol is back?!

He looks in your direction and his eyes widen. He looks lost and speechless.

"Chanyeol, you can sit in the free seat next to......(Name)."

A few discontent sighs were heard and you could feel a few hateful glares being directed at you. You didn't dare to turn around and look at him.

In the middle on the lesson, a note lands on your desk and you quietly open it.

'(Name), meet me in front of the school gates, we need to talk. From Chanyeol.'

Should I go? I have wanted to see him for a few years and he still remembers me. But what am I going to say to him?

Classes run by quickly and before you know it you are leaving your classroom to go and meet Chanyeol.

Before you can go anywhere, the same group of girls stops you and once again pushes you on the ground. They start to call you names and laugh at you, but you just shut them out, you have had enough. You close your eyes and wait for them to punch you and get this over with, but instead you hear a familiar voice call out.
