Battle Of Hogwarts || Fred Weasley

You were standing on top of the astronomy tower, hand in hand with your boyfriend Fred Weasley, and next to him was your best friend George Weasley. George nudged Fred, "You okay Freddie?" 

Fred look at him and smiled, "Yeah." Then he turned to you, "(y/n) are you okay?" He asked squeezing your hand a little tighter, his voice seemed far away like he was miles and miles away. 

You turned to him with a slightly dreamy look on your face, "Umm." You replied turning to stare at the sun set. 

Fred let go of your hand and turned you round to look at him. "(y/n) I know you, please don't do anything stupid that could get you killed, I.." He drifted off, you could see the tears start in his eyes. "I could't live with myself if something happened to you." He finished. 

Fred new that your mum and dad had been killed by the death eater Bellatrix Lestrange when you were younger. He knew that you were going to do everything you could to kill her and avenge your parents. 

"Don't worry I'll be fine just worry about you and George staying safe, or you will have me to deal with and I am much worst than any death eater." You replied still staring in to his eyes. 

He started laughing and wrapped his arms around you pulling you into a hug. George joined in and shouted, "Awwwe, group hug!!" And with that the battle begun. 

You got slightly separated from the twins at one point but you could see them out of the corner of your eye. You had just finished putting a tickling charm on a death eater who was rolling around on the floor laughing, when Bellatrix Lestrange came up to you cackling madly. 

"Oh look who it is, it's darling (y/n) (y/l/n), come to fight have you? Well your farther was quite brave trying to protect your filthy mudblood mother!" She shrieked, her laughter was that of a mad woman's. 

You could feel the blood boil in your veins, "STUPEFY!" You roared, but Bellatrix  blocked it with ease. 

As fast as you could say 'Quiddich' she yelled, "Crucio!" 

A sharp pain started in your chest and spread across your entire body as you screamed and writhed on the floor. Bellatrix lifted the curse and was laughing madly again but this time with pure insanity. 

"You know (y/l/n) you scream just like your mudblood mother did when I put this particular curse on her for hours before I allowed her the comfort of death. " She chocked in-between pauses of insane laughter. 

With the last remainder of strength you could muster you shouted, "FLIPENDO!" Which was one of your favourite jinxes, Bellatrix flew backwards in to a wall. 

She got up, anger blazing in her eyes, "You little-" But you never found out what she was going to say because you shot a jinx at her which made her crumble to dust. 

A bubble of happiness started to swell in side you, but then you turned round to see Fred, disarmed and facing a death eater, George was only a few feet away but he was having no better luck. 

"NOOOO!" You shouted and transformed in to a black wolf and ran to save Fred from the death eater. You were an animagus, the only people who knew about it were Fred, George, Harry, Ron, Hermione and Sirius. 

You jumped in front of Fred in wolf form just as the death eater cast a spell that illuminate the corridor that you were in with green light. As you got hit by the spell you change back into human form. Fred took your wand and killed the death eater who was smirking widely. 

Fred knelt down beside you cradling your head in his arms. You could feel your soul leaving your body very slowly; it was a strange feeling, but for some reason you felt at peace. 

"No, you can't leave. Please don't leave me." Fred whispered, "You said you wouldn't do anything stupid. Please don't do this to me." He continued. 

You put your hand on his cheek and he held it there, "My dear Freddie, how is saving you life stupid? You would have done the same for me." You chocked out, with tears filling your eyes and a smile spread across your lips. 

You could see the sadness in his eyes but he knew you were right. "Don't do anything stupid, will you?" You asked, he laughed, then he lent down and kissed you on the lips and whispered, "I will never love another women again. Will you wait for me?" He asked.

 "Always." You answered, feeling the last of your soul leave your body. You felt your hand slip down Fred's face and land with a thud on the cold, hard stone floor.

Fred kept his promise and never had a girlfriend or wife. He and George ran the joke shop and Fred tried to be the best uncle he could for George's children. Then Fred died at the ripe old age of 97, were he found you waiting for him on a bench in heaven, where you walked hand in hand away into the afterlife.
