Hug me || Harry Potter

Harry was standing with his back to you in one of the many corridors that Hogwarts has, he was talking to Seamus Finnigan, one of your fellow peers. Neither you or Harry had class for the rest of the day, which you had off. So you took it upon yourself to spend time with your boyfriend.

You walked up behind him, Seamus made eye contact with you but you put your finger to your lips to indicate that you wanted him to be quiet. When you got close enough you wrapped your arms around Harrys waist and rested your head on his shoulder.

"Hello." You smiled, kissing his shoulder, you felt him relax into your embrace.

"I'll talk to you later, Harry." Seamus said, sending you a cheeky smile before walking down the corridor. Harry placed his hands on yours, gently rubbing his thumb over your knuckles.

"What's this for?" He asked, chuckling slightly as you hugged him tighter.

"Am I not allowed to give my boyfriend unexpected hugs?" You mused, nuzzling your head into the crook of his neck.

"Corse you are. But can I turn around and hug you back?" He asked, giving you a side eye. You loosened your grip on him. Harry turned around and pulled you into his chest, his arms around you and his head bent slightly into your neck.

"What's up?" He asked, squeezing you a little tighter and drawing soothing circles on your back. You squeezed back.

"Nothing. Just have a bit of a rough day is all." You muttered into the fabric of Harry's jumper. Harry smelt like broom handle polish, chocolate frogs and cologne.

"I'm sorry. Is Malfoy being a prat again?" Harry asked, you could tell that he was trying to keep the anger out of his voice but it was still there.

"Nah, but you know that I can deal with him myself." You laughed, pulling away slightly, your arms still wrapped around him. Harry laughed, a sound that could make you weak at the knees. 

"Oh I know you can, that hex that you put on him the other day was brilliant." He smiled, cupping your cheek and gently rubbing his thumb over your cheekbone. 

"Thank you, kind sir." You laughed, kissing the palm of his hand. 

"Shall we go down to the lake?" He asked, you nodded. Harry grinned then lent down and placed a soft kiss on your lips. It was slow and gentle. He pulled away, let his hands run down the lengths of yours then intertwined your fingers together and started to walk down the corridor.

The whole way down to the lake the two of you spent talking about the upcoming quidditch match. You were on the (y/h) team and they would be playing against Gryffindor in the semi-final.  

"Don't worry, I'll go easy on you." Harry grinned, an air of mischief in his green eyes. You, however, rolled yours.

"That'll just make it easier for me to win. Besides, even if you were playing your best, I would still beat you." You sighed, flopping down onto the grass next to the lake, Harry next to you, who scoffed.

The two of you laid down on the grass, your head nuzzled into the crook of Harry's neck and his arms were around you. 

You stayed like that for a while, not talking, just enjoying each others company and the peace of the school grounds. Soon the pair of you drifted off to sleep. 

Sadly you were both woken up by whispers. You opened your eyes to see Hermione, Ron, Neville, Seamus and Dean all standing over you, Seamus had a camera in his hands and you heard a click, indicating that he had taken a picture.

"Seamus!" You cried, about to get up but Harry pulled you back down so that your legs were draped over his and his arms were around yours.

"No, don't leave." Me mumbled lazily into your neck, pressing a soft kiss there. You sighed but sent Seamus a glare, to which he smiled sheepishly, "Just hug me." Harry muttered, pulling you closer.

The rest of the afternoon was spent hanging around the black lake with Harry and your friends, laughing and joking.

Hello, Potterheads!

Sorry it's been so long and sorry that this is so short! 

I'm working on a NEW STORY (for all you potterheads) and it is taking longer then expected, I am putting a lot of effort into it so that it turns out really well! I hope you guys like it when it comes out!
