Draco X Amber

"OI! Mudblood!" Someone shouted behind me. Unfortunately I recognised the voice. Sighing deeply I turned around.

"What do you want Parkinson?" 

"I just wanted to remind you about how ugly you are." She answered, twisting her dog like face into a gruesome smirk, Parkinson's petty friends giggled behind her.

This happens a lot, it doesn't offend me because I know that I'm not ugly. (NON OF YOU BEAUTIFUL PEOPLE ARE UGLY!! IF ANYONE EVER  SAYS THAT THEN I'LL SET PEEVES ON THEM!) 

"Oh how kind of you to remind me." I sighed again, "But that is your, not so humble, opinion. And I'd watch your mouth if I were you. You never quite know whats going to come out of it." I ginned.

Before Pansy could even ask what I was talking about, it whipped out my wand and cast a jinx on her, causing her to say everything that is on her mind. All the time. 

"Come along Pansy. You shouldn't be talking to scum like her." Malfoy sneered, walking up to stand next to Pansy, who had had her hands clamped over her mouth.

Just as I was about to take a step forward I felt two hands grab my arms, pulling me back. 

"Come on Amber, let's go. He's not worth you time." My best friend Harry spoke, pulling me away from a sneering Pansy and, for some odd reason, a saddened Draco.

As I let Harry drag me away the events ran through my head. Draco was usually nice to me when his friends weren't around, when they where he was rather rude but not enough to properly offend me.

Draco's POV

As soon as Harry and Amber went around the corner I rounded on Pansy.

"Why on earth did you call Amber a mudblood?!" I almost screamed at her, causing passes by to stare. 

Pansy just shrugged, wrapping her beefy arms around me, "Cause that's what she is Draco, an ugly mudblood."

I pushed her away in disgust, "She is not! And she most certainly NOT ugly." I hissed and stormed off in the direction of the common room.

Off corse I liked Amber, how could you not? She is so pretty, she smart, funny and ridiculously kind. I bet she would never like someone like me. I thought to myself. She probably fancies someone like Potter. Why him of all people?

Then a little voice in the back of my head said, "Well, you never know until you ask her." It said, and with that I got up and walked out of the common room.

Ambers POV

I heaved a huge sigh as I finished telling Harry everything that was running through my mind. 

"I still don't understand why you like him, but if your happy then I guess that's all that matters." Harry smiled.

"Your the best Harry!" I grinned, pulling him into a tight hug, to which he chuckled and returned. 

Then I felt a sharp tap on my shoulder. I pulled away from hugging Harry to see Draco standing beside us, a look of annoyance flashing over his eyes upon looking at Harry.

"Amber, I need to talk to you." Draco said, but without even waiting for me to reply he grabbed my hand and pulled me away.

I turned around and waved to Harry, "See you later Harry."

Draco took me into an abandoned classroom where he turned and faced me.

"Look Amber, I know you properly like Potter but I just wanted to let you know that I really like you and I'm sorry for all the horrible things my friends and I have said to you in the past. I didn't mean any of it." Draco said, not making eye contact with me.

"You don't have to say anything." Draco added, about to walk out of the classroom. 

"Wait Draco." I called after him, grabbing his hand and turning him around.

"I like you too. I know that it doesn't make much sense but-" I started but Draco cut me off by kissing me.

His soft lips pressed against mine, it took me a second to realised what was happening then I kissed him back. Our lips moving together in perfect sync.

I pulled away, Draco rested his forehead on mine.

"Does this mean your mine now?" He asked, a small smile spread across his lips.

"Yes, I believe it does." I laughed, kissing him once again.
