Take Your Mind Off It || Harry Potter

You were sat in the common room reading a book, there wasn't many people in at the moment and you decided that you would try to read a book, but what you didn't expect was to become obsessed with the book.

You were about half way through the book when someone entered to common room but you were to engrossed in the story to bother looking up. Whoever it was that had entered the common room had sat down next to you, they wrapped their arms around your waist and rested their head in the crook of your neck.

"Hello Harry." You spoke, kissing his forehead but not looking up from your book, "Hello love." Harry answered, he sighed causing you to look at him.

"Are you okay Harry?" You asked, Harry shook his head. You put your book down and wrapped your arms around him, "What's wrong?" You questioned, Harry squeezed you tightly.

"I'm just under a lot of pressure, what with Voldemort running around, school and Ron's annoying me because he keeps banging on about Hermione." Harry sighed, you rubbed circles on his back as he ranted to you.

"Do you want me to get your mind off it?" You asked, you felt Harry nod against your shoulder, "Okay, come on." You stood up, pulling Harry up from the sofa and walking out of the common room.

As you walked along the corridors Harry started to whine, "(y/nnnnnn)! Where are we going?" You chuckled, "Wow Potter, you really don't have any patience do you?"  

"Nope." Harry grinned, making you laugh.

You soon arrived at the quidditch pitch, "Why are we here?" Harry asked, confused.

"Because, we're both on the team, we haven't practiced in a while and quiddutch cheers you up!" You explained, Harry grinned, "Race you to the broom shed!" Harry yelled and sprinted off. You laughed and chased after him.

Harry managed to just beat you, he grabbed his broom and took off, you laughed at his enthusiasm. 

You grabbed your broom and took off after Harry.

Harry chucked you the quaffle, "Came you teach me how to be a good chaser?" Harry asked, you grinned, "Well, obviously know one can be as amazing as me but I'm sure you'll be okay." 

Harry laughed, "Right. okay, now try and take the quaffle from me." You said, Harry smirked and sped towards you but you dodged him easily.

Harry attacked you again, and again you dodged his attacks, as Harry attacked more his smirk wavered and his eyebrows nit together in concentration. 

About twenty minutes of Harry trying, and failing, to get the quaffle you stopped, "Okay, now try and stop me from getting the quaffle." You suggested, Harry nodded as you through him the quaffle.

"Okay, lets do this." Harry said, his smirk reappearing on his face. 

You flew at him, he just managed to dodged your first attack but on the second one he wasn't so lucky, you grabbed to quaffle from under his arm and sped of towards the goal posts, Harry was close behind you but before he could make a grab for the quaffle you scored.

"Yes!" You cheered, your arms flew up in the air, Harry laughed, "Well done love." He said, wrapping his arms around your waist and kissing your cheek.

"Race you!" You shouted and sped off, Harry was coming up behind you.

You and Harry were neck and neck, "What do I get if I win?" Harry called to you over the wind, you grinned, "What ever you want." You called back, Harry smirked.

You put on an extra spirt of speed and zoomed ahead, you flew down to the ground, you stumbled slightly as you landed, Harry came down just as you did.

"I win." You grinned, Harry laughed and wrapped his arms around your waist as you wrapped yours around his neck, "You do indeed my dear." Harry grinned, "What do I win?" You asked, Harry smirked.

"This." 

Harry kissed you, his warm, soft lips pressing into yours, your lips moved in synchronisation as you continued to kiss. 

Harry pulled away, "I'm sorry, I didn't quite understand what I won, could you repeat it?" You ask innocently, Harry laughed and kissed you again.
