Chapter 17 - Invisibility?

3rd Person

Late August / early September, and Talia was messing about with her light bending, working out new moves and skills. She was attempting to change what (other) people see, she was trying to 'edit' her tattoos or skin, make them disappear. She would do circular movements with her hands and feet, slight twists with her body at first getting smaller when she got the hang of itv to make it easier and simpler. Then she would return to her original pose, standing straight, facing forward eyes closed, bringing her hand together like when she was mediating. A flash of light surrounded her as what she pictured in her mind took effect and her tattoos appeared to disappear. She looked in the mirror and smiled pleased with her success. She tried changing it back but this time without doing the spiral movements. Another flash of light and the tattoos reappeared. "A-awe we" Talia whispered in awe.  She then put her hand together again and pictured the tattoos disappearing again. She breathed calmly and reversed it. She proceeded to continue but this time instead of her tattoos she pictured her hands, imagining them see-through and invisible. She breathed, did a few s all spiral movements with her feet and hands, only a few small movements though, she finished again bringing her hands together. A flash of light and her hands faded away, and disappeared. She could still feel them, move them and pick up objects but she could see completely through them. She closed her eyes breathed and brought her invisible hands together, and they reappeared in a flash. She ran out of her room in sea ch for Tenzin.
"Tenzin look at this!" She said as she ran outside.
"What is it Tally?" He said seemingly not interested.
She pictured her head invisible and brought her hand together, and in a slash of light she appeared as though she was headless.
"Ahhhhhh!" Tenzin screamed high pitched as he jumped backwards in surprise.
Talia lost concentration as she fell over in a fit of laughter and her head came back. "You-your - haha- f-face" she managed to say in between laughs.
"It-it's not funny!" He screeched. "What was that anyway?" he said as he recompiled himself.
She stood up and said in a matter-of-factory tone."light bending, I altered the light around me, in this case my heads down changed it completely, so you could see right through it, so it was invisible."
"ok" Tenzin hummed in understanding. " have you tried all of you yet?" Talia thought and concentrated as she steadied her breathing and pictured her self disappearing and fading away, including her clothes, all completely see-through. She brought her hands together and I'm a flash of light around her body she faded away. She and Tenzin looked at her in complete awe. Although Tenzin couldn't see her expression.
"Cool." They breathed out together, looking out or rather through her invisible limbs.
