Chapter 5:Kill or be killed?

After a short time of walking straight through the woods I found myself on a trail and figured that it was to Rokkira so I followed it, walking with a soft pace as I study the forest in caution and awe. It has been forever, since I been in the forest, I forgot just how beautiful qthe sway of plant life in the wind can be. I smile, pushing away thoughts of my past life and walk on toward my new one with excitement, I unintentionally begin walking a bit faster. After enjoying myself, I forgot how dangerous the forest can be even though they are mostly weak creatures they can group together, they aren't stupid. Aware of somethings presence in the bushes I grip my sword tightly and wait for the rustling leaves to attack. I soon grow irritated by the time it was taking to reveal itself, it's like it was tempting me."come out you stupid animal!" I state boldly as I thrust the sword blindly into the bushes, feeling stupid because I caught nothing."huh?! There was something here just a moment ago!! I swear it, I'm not crazy!!" I pant slightly as I rapidly thrust my weapon at the bush."I'm sure if anyone were to see me doing this, they would think I'm a psychopath" I think to myself as I see a shadow grow closer to me, I turn around quickly pointing my sword at the- "wait-what?! It's a person?!...how can someone fit in that small bush?!" Noticing I said all that aloud I sheath my sword and bow my head in apology."I killed it while you were preoccupied with that bush...did u not see it run my way?! You truly are stupid." I look up with a cheerful expression ignoring her harsh attitude"Really?! It shot past me?," I let out a small awkward laugh"well, thanks for killing whatever it was, I'm new arou-" she cuts me off", I don't really care, but if you wanna survive out here...remember this, it's kill or be killed." Only then had I realized, and slightly envied her appearance, she had unique, white hair that shined perfectly in the sunlight and determined, beautiful gray eyes. She calmly began to walk off into the forest,"h-hey where are you going?!" I begin to follow after her but she turns around and pushes me back into a tree. "None of your damn business, kid!" She hisses back at me before heading back into the forest. Despite the pain of being slammed into a tree I begin walking back toward her, after a while she notices me and grabs me by the neck lifting me into the air watching expressionless as I struggle for air"Don't you have better things to do?! I told you it's kill or be killed!"
I manage to smile at her and she widens her eyes in shock" How can you smile at a time like this?! Are you stupid?!" She tightens her grip, she's clearly upset so I continue to smile, then I grab her hands and push up relieving my neck enough to talk.,"thanks for the advice. My names Luna, what's yours?" I say with a smile and the girl losses her grip and throws me to the floor."your so stupid," she says with an almost creepy smile.
