Laying on the bottom bunk half asleep I smell food and get up," Kuran...you smell that?" He nods and effortlessly jumps off the top bunk with a smile." Yep, smells like it's coming from the hangout area...wanna go check it out?" Kuran wasn't serious and straight faced, I'm guessing because we were alone but It still made me happy to see him smiling."yeah, I still have that 100 coin that Dad gave me...we should go out and see if we can buy food somewhere." Twisting the handle to the room, Kuran locks the door as I skip down the hallway. This hangout wasn't as big as the first one but they have a bar, tables everywhere, and it was all really nicely decorated." Hey, it's you guys again!" I hear a hyper voice pushing its way through people, Rai jumps out and hugs me and Kurans smile fades." Oh...hey Rai, master is training you too?" Rai sees Kuran and backs up a bit frightened."...uh, y-yeah...I'm in room 13 if you ever wanna stop by.." Rai looks away from Kuran who is glaring at him and tries to speak confidently."Kuran, stop glaring like that...your freaking Rai out." I push my elbow at Kurans side with a goofy smile."fine." Kuran looks a bit unsure about Rai but I can tell he's slowly loosening up." So, Rai...who's your partner?" Rai looks as if he just remembered something." My partners name is Artemis, but she is out with a party right now, she's a healer so she feels bad if she's not helping the parties with no healer. Once she gets back I'll introduce you guys properly but for now I should introduce you to these people."HEY EVERYONE," Rai faces the large crowd of happy people, minding their own business with a huge grin." Everyone crowded around us seen very pleased to meet us, I heard a lot of people complimenting us but it was all mixed in with other people's voices so I had trouble when thanking them." Alright, ALRIGHT." Rai had to keep raising his voice." GET OFF OF THEM, ANF CALM DOWN!" Rai seemed fustrated but his words calmed the people down, some went and sat down others just stared at us. Ria wrapped his arm around me and smiled politely" Welcome to the family, seems everyone likes you already." Kuran looks mad at him for a second but tries not to glare." Yeah, it seems-" "wait, did he say "family"." I think to myself as my smile fades and tears drip down from my eyes, everyone's eyes fill with shock and pity especially Rai and Kuran."W-what's wrong?! Was it something I said." Shaking my head I put on a bright smile as the tears continue to fall." No, I'm sorry...I'm just so happy." Most of the eyes upon me fill with relief as I say that and once again I am surrounded by people obsessing over me and speaking over each other. I continue to smile but I wipe the tears away and laugh." Look at how many people I have that care about me now, I bet Mom would be so proud." My smile shines though the crowd as Rai tries to calm the people again.
