Chapter 20: First kiss

       After meeting everyone, Rai treated us to some pretty good food that they served at the bar. I insisted to pay but Rai just wouldn't let me, I eventually excepted his offer and continuously thanked him. Once Kuran led me back to the room I jumped onto the bed and passed out almost instantly with a smile on my face. While I was asleep Kuran watched me sleep," She's so cute when she's sleeping." Kuran watches me in awe for a few minuets then finally snaps out of it and jump onto his bed and slowly falls asleep thinking about his decision to join the Mage guild in order to protect Luna." It's only 7 AM?" I woke up early feeling excited, I looked at the clock and turned to the top bunk."He's asleep," I think to myself and smile at his cute sleeping face and walk into the bathroom to brush my teeth and take a shower. A few minuets after I step into the shower I hear a doorknob turn." Uh-..." I forgot to lock the door and Kiran walked in and froze with a red face." SORRY!" Kuran snaps out of his daze and slams the door shut, my face was bright red as well." That was really awkward, I can't believe I forgot to lock the freaking door." I reassure myself that it could've been worse and hurriedly finish up my shower and get dressed. After I strapped on my belts I walked out of the bathroom and saw Kuran in the corner of the room, his face still red but there was a bowl of rice on the counter he made for me." Hey, Kuran...I'm sorry. I forgot to lock it." I awkwardly laugh and scratch the back of my head walking toward Kuran. As I reach out to touch Kuran he grabs my hand and looks at me with a flushed face and an almost desperate look in his eyes." Kuran? You o-" Kuran moves his face closer to mine while pulling my hand causing me to almost fall into his kiss. My eyes widen and my face turns a scarlet shade of red. Kuran sees my expression and backs away with a red face."I-I'm...so sorry." He turns his face away from me as I stand there frozen." My first kiss." I thought as I touched my bottom lip and stood there looking at Kuran in awe. Kuran looks back at me and is shocked even more by my expression."D-Don't tell me t-that was your fir-. It was ...wasn't it?" Kuran backs up with a look of guilt a pure shock, I'm so frozen all I can do is nod. Kuran backs up slowly and trips over a book that I accidentally dropped this morning and forgot to pick up, as he is falling I snap out of my daze and try to catch him only to fail and fall onto Kuran, our faces turn bright red again then Kuran hurriedly crawls backward and now has his back against my bed."I'm sorry, I'm sorry...I am so, so sorry." Kuran is almost in tears from his guilt as he bows in apology." I-It's okay." I reply still a bit dazed but then I look up at him and smile." Your a pretty good kisser." I say to him and he almost faints from his blood temperature rising so fast, his face was completely red. Then we hear a knock on the door, it surprised us so we both jumped up to get the door, Kuran got to it first so he turned the handle."Master?!" I exclaimed as he was let in by Kuran." Why are you so surprised to see me? I told you that we were training today didn't I, I was just making sure you two didn't sleep in." Master seemed suspicious of what we were doing due to our shock and Kurans now pink face but shrugged it off and say on the couch."Are you guys ready already?" Kuran is back to his straight faced expression and he points at the rice on the counter when Master and I look at him." I made you rice, I'm gonna take a shower now then we'll be ready sir." Kuran walks into the restroom and I hear the shower start." Would you like some of my rice master?" I offer as I grab my bowl and sit down on the couch next to him." No thanks, I'm gonna go back to my office and set a few things up." Master gets up and walks to the door." Bye!"
