"This is where you found my lamp?" I asked in wonder

"This is where you found my lamp?" I asked in wonder.

We were in front of a old shop in the middle of a mall. It looked like no one had entered in years. It felt nice walking around again. I was in a deep sleep the last few days, regaining my energy and magic. Destroying Marissa's spell was difficult. It made me worried. If I was considered the strongest magic being on the planet and I had difficulty with the spell, how powerful was Marissa now? It made me worried for the others, especially Nate.

"Yep," Nate confirmed. "Just as I remember. Come on, hopefully she's there."

He walked inside, leaving the rest of us behind. We all looked at each other.

"How come you guys never knew this was here?" I asked curiously.

They all looked just as curious at me.

"I never noticed this building before. I guess I don't have great observation skills." Tyler said nervously laughing. Kayla elbowed him in the gut to quiet him. Chloe was jumping up and down holding Zach's hand, looking excited to see more magic.

I rolled my eyes playfully and walked inside the shop, the group trailing behind me.

I heard a bell ring as we walked inside. I looked around the shop in wonderment.

"Mrs. Jini," I snapped my head to Nate. "Mrs. Jini! We need to talk to you." Nate shouted.

I wandered around the shop. This place was very strange. There were plants hanging from the ceiling and different potions were placed on shelves, waiting to be touched.

"Nate, dear! You have returned with some friends!"

I turned around and saw an old woman standing behind a desk.

"Dude, you bought the lamp from Betty White." Zach exclaimed in awe. Chloe slapped the back of his head and tsked him.

"Betty" looked at Zach in annoyance.

"It's Mrs. Jini. Use my real name child." She chastised. Zach smiled apologetically. She smiled softly at Nate.

"Why have you come back to me Nate?" Mrs. Jini asked.

"We are being attacked by a strong sorceress. Her name is Marissa. She is targeting us to get Clarissa-"

"Clarissa?" Mrs. Jini cut off Nate. Nate looked at me and gestured me to come closer, holding out his hand. I shyly make my way to Nate, taking his hand and smiled at Mrs. Jini.

"Mrs. Jini, meet Clarissa. She's the genie that you gave me." Nate introduced. Mrs. Jini's eyes widened as she smiled in excitement.

"Of course. Hello, Clarissa dear. You may not know me, but I definitely know you. One of your masters was one of my descendants by the name of Arnold Hastings. He was a good man and wrote about his experience with you. It inspired me to study magic when I was a child." Mrs. Jini said gently.
