Odette’s POV:

“I have an idea, Od. Let’s have a vacation in Europe. Napagod ka rin dito, and I’ve been really stressed out in China. I think we both deserve a vacation. What do you think?” Kevin suggested.

“Hmm… that’s a good idea.”

“So you’re cool with it? I’ll book a flight now. Where d’you wanna go? Paris? London?—“ Kevin was interrupted by the person who knocked and came in.

It was Kate.

“Miss Odette, ire-remind ko lang po sa inyo since mukhang nawala na po sa isip nyo, kailangan nyo na pong bumalik ng Manila tonight. Bukas na ang flight nyo papuntang Spain.”

Wha—What? Spain?

“Pupunta kang Spain, Odette?”

“I-I don’t… Kate, why am I flying to Sp….”

“Good afternoon, Miss Lopez.”

“Good afternoon, you are?”

“I’m Krystal Chua from Luminary Spain.”

“Ah, yes. So, what can I do for you?”

“I’ll be straight to you, Miss Lopez. The team wants you to be the cover girl of the anniversary issue, and the lead to the feature story.”

“So, you went all the way here from Spain just to ask that? You could’ve just emailed me. Anyway, I’m good at it.”

“Really?! Thank you so much, Miss Lopez! I’m sure this will be a perfect issue since you’re the granddaughter of the big boss.”

“Haha. Thanks. So, just email me the details, or, are you gonna start the interview and the shoot now?”

“Oh no. Another reason why I’m here is because I need to fix the schedule. The photoshoot will happen in Spain, together with the interview.”

“Uh, I have to go to Spain?”

“Yes, Miss Lopez. It’s part of the art director’s concept.”

“Alright.”

“So, are you good by… August?”

“I’m not sure. Okay, just talk to my secretary for the schedule. I have to go, Miss Chua. Anyway, I’m looking forward to the project. Anyway, I have to go. See you in Spain, then?”

“Yes, ma’am.”

“Yes ma’am, ngayong August na nga po ang schedule nyo sa Spain.” Pagcclear ni Kate.

Oh my g! Bakit… Agh! Hindi manlang ako informed?! Kung kelan naman nandito si Kevin. -_-

“I’m sorry, Kevin. Hindi ko talaga alam.” Me

“It’s fine. Wala, nandyan na ‘yan e. Maybe I can just go with you?” Kevin

“Ehrm. Sorry to break in your plans, but you’ll have to stay here, sir. Mr. and Ms. Lopez wants to see you and tackle about a new project.” Kate
