The Familiar Summoned

Chapter 27 Club Dance

The loud music hurt my ears as it blared and the way everybody was dancing was in the only way to be considered lewd and suggestive, then again who was I to judge?

Darick yelled over the music in order to speak

"What do you think?"

"You don't even want to know what I think."

"That bad?"

"Who am I to judge."

"Ohh hey, I spotted Dan, Lexer and Katie."

I looked over and saw a green haired guy with silverish blue eyes and was quiet tall. As well as a peteite brown haired girl.

"Hey Darick, who's that?"

"Ohh, this is Saraphinx, Lexer,Katie."

"Ohh, so this is who Dan was telling us about?"

"What has he been telling you?"

Darick seemed about to blow a fuse and I was going to laugh my ass of when he did.

"Not anything your thinking of just that  she was a friend of yours and you happen to meet up is all."

"Thank you for clearing that up for me Lexer."

I felt some tugging and looked over seeing Katie trying to get my attention.

"Yes?"

"I love your outfit, the ears and tail look so real!"

"Umm...thank you?"

"You have to tell me where you got them!"

"I...more or less made them..."

Well it isn't a total lie nor truth.

"Can you make me some bunny ears and tail?"

"Yeah, I should be able to."

That should be extremely easy to make even if they aren't real if I can create a blue flame then making that should be easier than breathing...wait...do I even breath? I focused for a moment and concluded I did, but didn't have to.

"Miss Saraphinx would you like to dance?"

I looked over to Lexer and saw Dan talking with Darick so I was left to choose myself.

"Yes, that would be nice, although I don't know any of these...dance moves."

"That's fine, just do your own thing."

I nodded my understanding and made my way out onto the dance floor with Lexer and tried to feel the the rythm of the music and after a minute or so I felt it and began to sway my hips and put my hands into the air rubbing a little bit on Lexer since everybody was so close together. Lexer gave a sly smile which I reciprocated and he took my hand spinning me around. He dipped me down and I took that as my time to surprise him I flipped myself backwards over his arm and put my hands on his shoulders and stalked around him in a swaying motion. The crowd parted and circled around is to give us room at this point the whole dance floor and everybody out there was watching us. Lexer turned around and I placed my one hand on his and did a cemi circle like that with him then swapped direction going the other way. Lexer pulled me back in and spun me around a I continued on the spin easily as he danced a complex dance then grabbe my hand stopping me and tilted me back down as we were both breathing a bit heavily right as the song ended everybody clapped and whistled. Dan, Derick and Katie all came out from the crowd wowed.

"Girl I didn't know you could dance like that!"

"I have known you less than a day, but man those were some skills! I knew about Lexer since he is a professional dance instructor, but those moves were amazing and complementing!"

"Yes, I was surprised myself I didn't take you for much of the dancing type when I first saw you. Do you take classes?"

"No, that was my first time dancing you told me to do whatever felt natural so I did."

"I don't believe it, you did perfect maintained spins in heels not ballet shoes not too mention that perfectly timed backwards flip. Tell me you at least did gymnastics."

"Still no."

"Ok, well if you have time on Wednesday come down to my studio I have a dance class and perhaps you can show the students with me how to preform a few of the things you did."

I nodded yes that would be good.

"Ok, now that that is settled, drinks are in order!"

"Dan, you are always getting drunk when drinks are brought out, as your girlfriend as of now. You are being monitored by moi."

"Saraphinx, don't take this offensively, but you are twenty one correct?"

"I am. "

"Ok then. Feel free to order whatever."

I looked at the menu and saw the modern scrawl again and pushed the menu away and rubbed my eyes.

"Something wrong?"

"Ohh, Saraphinx can't read outside cursive very well since your closets to her can you tell her what it says?"

"Sure."

The menu was read off in the end I ordered some vodka, rum, and wine to try.

(3 bottles of wine, 8 bottles of rum and 20 vodka bottles  later)

"Oiii, dis is the *hic* best vodka *hic* ever."

"Ok, that's enough, your hangover is going to be pretty bad so why don't you just give Derick the-"

"Hands off my vodka if you *hic* don wanna lose er fingur."

"Ok, ok, well no more and you are going home now."

"Nice meetin ya Lexer Katie!"

"Bye Saraphinx."

"If you are still feeling up to it and your hangover doesn't go to Wednesday then feel free to swing by my studio."

"Will do."

Dan and Darick both guided me back into their room and I flopped down onto the floor unconsious.
