(Clark's POV)

Nasa palabas na ako ng subdivision nang tumawag si mom at sinabing imbitahan ko daw si Leah for dinner at our house tomorrow.

And since, I'm still not far from their house, I just decided to drive back and invite her in person.

I'm even singing happily while driving. Well, I can't help it! This is the first time my mom invited my girl for a dinner.

But my happiness turned sad when I saw what's happening outside their gate. I'm still a little far and it started to rain but I can see it clearly.

It's Leah and Maurice kissing under the g*dd*mn rain!

A fvcking nice scene to watch!

Mabilis akong nag-u turn at pinatakbo ang kotse ko palayo sa kanila. I don't eff*n care if I'm driving with a speed of 150 kmh!

And tears start to flow. I admit I'm crying. Yeah, it's gay, but who cares? It's just so d*mn painful! Lahat na lang ba ng babaeng mamahalin ko, susulutin ng mga pinsan ko, t*ngina?!

Mas lalo pang lumakas ang ulan.

Wow, just wow! My vision is getting blurry because of my tears I didn't bother to wipe, my car's speed is getting faster and faster every minute, the road is getting slippery because of the rain, just a fre*king great combinations to have an accident!

The traffic light suddenly turned red. Fvck! I stepped on the brake but it's too late when a 10-wheeler truck passes.

I cuss, cuss, cuss and cuss.

Then it all went pitch black.

(Leah's POV)

Sh*t! Hindi ko nahabol ang kotse ni Clark. I tried dialling his phone, pero hindi niya sinasagot. Geez!

Biglang nag-ring ang phone ko. Siguro si Clark na 'to!

I grabbed my phone on my table. But, disappointment was written all over my face when I saw the caller ID.

(Third Person's POV)

"Hello, Clark?" sinagot ng mom ni Clark ang tawag.

[Hello po. Ikaw po ba ang ina ni Mr. Clark Sanford, 18 years old?] wika ng pambabaeng boses.

"O-Oo. Bakit? Asan ang anak ko?"

[Ako po si PO1 Evangelista. Naaksidente ho ang anak niyong si Clark at isinugod ho namin siya sa *** General Hospital. Nagpapatrolya ho kami sa may highway ng Infinity Subdivision nang maaksidente siya. Nasa Emergency Room ho siya ngayon.]

"S-Salamat! Papunta na ako dyan!"

Nagmaneho si Claire Sanford papuntang *** General Hospital.

Tinawagan niya na din si Chris at ang asawa niyang si Christian Mark at sinabi ang bad news.

Matapos ang mahigit sampung minuto, nakarating na siya sa ospital. Mabilis din siyang nakarating sa ER at nakita niya duon ang pulis.

Ibinigay ng pulis ang cellphone at wallet ni Clark saka nagpaalam para umalis.

Dumating din naman agad ang mag-ama niya.

"How's Clark?" tanong ni Christian Mark.

"I don't know yet. I haven't talked to the doctor."
