Morgan

I can't believe DeVanté put his hands on me. I've realized that I am really not happy with this relationship. We're just in two different worlds. I'm a normal fifteen year old girl that has no experience with anyone from the opposite gender whatsoever. DeVanté on the other hand is twenty-one years old and is basically a sex magnet in the music industry. How could that possibly work out?

I love DeVanté and all, but I need to focus more on myself and school while I'm still a teenager. I shouldn't have to worry about whether a grown man loves me, or if he's even faithful.

I decided to call him and have him come over. He picked up on the third ring. "Hello?"

"Hi..." I said lowly. "Can you come over?" I asked.

"Awe, you lonely? Want daddy to keep you company?" He asked in a baby voice making me giggle.

"Just come over, gosh." Then I hung up.

Twenty Minutes Later

"So what you want me to come over for?" He asked after I let him in.

"Um...Why does there have to be a reason for wanting you to come over? I can't just want your company?" I smiled innocently. He chuckled and plopped down on the couch. "But I kind of did want to talk to you about something..." I said while sitting down beside him.

"What's up?" He asked while looking at the TV.

"It's about our relationship..."

He looked at me. "What about it?" He asked as if our relationship is perfectly fine.

"What happened the other day?" I asked him.

He looked down. "Morgan, I'm sorry...I didn't mean to put my hands on you like that, I just-" He sighed and shook his head.

"This just isn't going to work out, DeVanté. I mean, I'm a child for goodness sakes."

He gave me a look, the look he gives me whenever I say something that he obviously doesn't want to hear from me. "What you tryna say? You don't love me no more?" He asked.

"What? No- I mean, I do love you-"

He cut me off. "But it's somebody else." His eyes got glossy.

Is he seriously fixing to cry? 😳

"No, there's not anyone else. I just think it'd be best if we remained friends, or at least wait until I graduate."

He looked down then looked back at me with a creepy smile. "You're funny." Then he started back watching TV.

I just stared at him, confused. "I-I'm funny?" I asked.

"Yeah. You a bomb ass actor, too. Had me thinkin you was for real for a second." He laughed.

I looked at him like he was stupid. 😐

"I got to go, though. I'll talk to you later on, mama." He kissed me, but I barely kissed back. He smiled at me and left.

Something is defiantly wrong with DeVanté and I now see what Dalvin was talking about.

DeVanté

I know she was being serious, but I'm trying to make me, (and even her own self) believe otherwise. Call it manipulative all you want, but I can't lose Morgan and I won't.

She's mine and will always be mine. If she thinks she's going anywhere, she needs to think again and face the fact that she's trapped. 😌

DeVanté is...too much for words to explain him. 😳😂

I know it was short. Sorry. 😁
