Chapter 3

Gwen's P.O.V

I woke up to Pansy shaking me awake and yelling, "Gwen wake the fuck up it's 5 in the afternoon, you need to get ready in three hours" I sat up and rubbed my eyes, "Why do I need to wake up, there's no classes today or tomorrow Pansy" I said laying back down but felt her throw a pillow at me. "There's a party that us Slytherins throw every year the night after we come back, so start getting ready in three hours" I finally got out of bed to go take a shower and freshen up. I wore some black skinny jeans with a tank top and a really long cardigan. As I finished up I headed downstairs towards the common room. "Well, well sleeping beauty finally woke up huh?" I heard Malfoy say from the couch. "Shut it Malfoy" I went and sat across from him on the couch and started reading a book I had brought. The common room was filled with a lot of chatter from the first years looking around and meeting new people. I heard Blaise and Malfoy whispering about something, I just rolled my eyes and got up to head out. "Hey where are you going Smith?" Malfoy yelled, I ignored him and left the common room into the big school. I started wandering around the halls and heard some foot steps behind me, so I started walking faster, who the fuck is here besides me, usually people would still be in their common rooms or in the great hall. I ran behind a wall and took a break, I kind of lost breath. I looked around the corner to hear someone throw a spell at me, "Stupify!" I yelled and the person repelled it. I started running as fast as I could, "Expelliarmus!" I yelled behind and the person's wand flew into my hand. We were in the dungeons so it was pretty dark. "Lumos" as my wand lit up the place with light I could see who it was that had been chasing me. "Danny? What the fuck, why were you chasing me and trying to throw spells at me?" I yelled about to punch him, "I thought you were someone else" with that he started walking away, I had enough of his bullshit so I ran after him and pushed him towards a wall, "What the fuck is wrong with you? You've been treating me like I'm your enemy, ever since we got here you've been acting like you don't even know me" I felt tears almost coming down but I didn't want to show him I was weaker than him. "Nothing's wrong, Gwen get this through your head okay, we've never been close ever in our life, and honestly I don't know you, not anymore not ever, go back to your little friends okay" he pulled his arm back and started walking away again, "You think you're better than everyone just because you're in Gryffindor huh? Just because you're in the same house as Potter doesn't mean shit, people in all houses are just as good as you" I glared and spat every word at him. "Yeah, but I've always been better than you at everything else" I couldn't believe what he had just said I can't let him get away with it. "Stupify" I yelled at him and he flew and hit a wall. I ran the other way crying and at that point I didn't care where I was headed I just wanted to get away from everything. I ended up in this empty class room and started crying my eyes out. How could he just say that. I heard someone come inside but I didn't bother to look up, I just cried my eyes out.

Draco's P.O.V

As Gwen ignored my question I started to follow her out, I eventually had lost where she was going. I was about to give up when I spotted her in an empty classroom crying. I went inside and sat in front of her, it made me so mad to see her like that. "Gwen, what's wrong?" Out of nowhere she pulled me into her embrace and held onto me while still crying, I pulled her closer and started whispering soothing words to her to try and calm her down a little bit. She smelled like vanilla, cherry blossom and just sweet. After what seemed like forever she pulled back and I held her tiny face in my hands. I wiped away her tears and just stared into her beautiful brown eyes, I couldn't read her at all, it's like she was emotionless. I started to lean in and then she pulled her lips to mine. It's like our lips were meant to be like this and were perfect together. I held onto her thighs letting her know to wrap them around my waste which she did willingly; I picked her up with our lips still together and put her on a desk. She slowly started to unbutton my shirt and threw it beside her once she got it off. I pulled her cardigan off and started kissing from her lips down to her neck. I bit her neck as she clawed up my back with her nails. "Draco" she moaned, I growled at her "Say my name again" I said as I bit harder into her neck surely leaving a mark. "I want you Draco" she moaned a little louder. I made my way back up to her lips and pulled away both of us getting air, I chuckled at her as she sat there pouting, "You're cute when you pout" I said and she stuck her tongue out at me. I put my shirt back on as she did with her cardigan. I looked at my watch and it was 7 already so I took her hand and started walking out. "Um Draco? Can I speak to you later on?" I nodded my head, "Why were you crying Gwen?" I stopped and asked, she simply put her head down and kept walking, I stopped her and pulled her to my chest and cupped her face in my hands. "Gwen what happened?" She simply shook her head letting me know she doesn't want to talk about it so I kissed her forehead and held my hands in hers. It's like they were a perfect match. We entered the common room and there wasn't anyone downstairs because they all probably went to get ready. "Go get ready love okay I'll see you at the party" She stood on her toes to kiss my cheek; I chuckled and gave her a quick kiss on the lips. She smiled at me and headed upstairs. I sighed and went up to change, she is what I needed to be sane.
