Chapter 10

Draco's P.O.V

Once Gwen had left and walked out of the room I felt so much anger, how could leave me for a blood traitor. I just couldn't believe she said all that to me.

Once she left I went into my room, and I really wasn't in the mood for anything. I heard a knock on the door which pulled me out of my thoughts.

"Draco it's me Nancy, can I come in?" it was Gwen's mum, wonder what she could've probably wanted

"Yeah sure it's open" I said lowly, she opened the door and closed it behind her standing in front of it. "I wanted to come and juts ask you something about Gwen and Danny" I just starred at her and nodded so she can go on.

"Is Gwen really going to her friend's house? And is Danny just going to pick something up? It's just I'm worried she wasn't telling me the truth, and I figured she probably told you where she was actually going" I was shocked knowing that her mum didn't even trust her nor her brother

I wasn't going to snitch on Gwen though, even if she did get me mad, there's no way I was going to say anything. "No I assure you she did go to her friend's house, I saw her friend owl her last night asking to go over but as for Danny I'm not close with him but I'm pretty sure they both went where they said they were"

Her mum smiled at me and opened the door again, "Thank you for telling me that Draco I'll see you at dinner" before she left I stopped her, "Um can you let my mum know I'm not going to dinner please?"

She looked at me confused and raised an eyebrow at me just like Gwen does all the time. "And why's that?" I just shrugged my shoulders, "Don't really feel like eating today" she nodded her head "Thanks Nancy" I said as she closed the door.

I laid my head back onto my pillow and looked up at the ceiling, I slowly drifted off to sleep.

I had awoken to people talking downstairs, I looked over at the clock and realized it was already past dinner, did I sleep that much? I must've been tired.

I put on a shirt and walked out my room to see if Gwen was back, once I opened her room door I saw that her jacket was on the bed but not her, maybe she was still at dinner. I closed her door and started making my way back into my room. As I was walking down the hall I see Gwen walking down too, she looked up and was about to say something to me but before she could I walked into my room and closed my door.

There was no way I was going to talk to her yet. I just wanted to go back to sleep so I can just forget things for a while, and I did just that.

Gwen's P.O.V

I woke up the next morning on my bed at 8 in the morning. Which meant no one was awake yet.

No one usually wake up until 9:30 anyways. So I decided to freshen up and then take a shower and put on a comfy sweater with shorts. I didn't bother wearing any make up as I just planned on staying in all day so I just out my hair up in a messy bun and walked out of my room down stairs.

As I walked in the kitchen I decided to make myself a cup of coffee to wake myself up. I saw my owl coming towards the window so I opened it up for her and she dropped off a couple of letters and flew to my room. I saw I got letters from the golden trio, the twins and Chloe. I decided that I would reply to all of them later. So I made my coffee and picked up the Daily Prophet.
