Chapter 22

Gwen's P.O.V

It was now two days before the start of the term. All I've been doing is researching up on this cabinet. It's all I could focus on. I had to succeed in this.

I think my anxiety is what makes me really focused and of course the fear of failing.

I thought I needed a break from this library so I put all the books down and walked down the stairs to find Draco's room.
We hadn't really spoken as much as I we used to and I was confused by that.

I knocked on his door and he mumbled a small come in

So I did. "Hey" was all I said and walked in to see him just laying in his bed staring up at the ceiling.

He hadn't said anything so I went to lay with him

I turned over to face him and he finally turned his head to see mine

"What been up with you? We haven't spoken a lot" I asked curiously

"Nothing"

"Bullshit, I don't believe you" He looked away and seemed like he was contemplating something.

"Draco" I said pulling his face to mine and held it in my hands

"Nothing really Gwen, you've just been busy with whatever and I felt like I shouldn't bother you" He said

"I'm sorry I didn't mean too, just got caught up in studies you know" I chuckled knowing I was lying right through my teeth.

It was early in the morning right now and the sunlight was beaming in through his windows lighting up the entire place. It felt absolutely beautiful. The sunlight was hitting directly onto us and his face was illuminated a lot more.

I sat up and pulled him up too.

He shoved me back down and was now on top of me

"I was comfortable laying down" He said smirking.

"Well too bad" I said flipping him over now

That lead us to play fight and I swear all I could hear was our laughs filling the room up. It's almost like we were normal.

Eventually he ended up pinning me down under him and I was giggling still from him tickling me.

"That was too fun" I said laughing trying to catch my breath

He had a huge smile on his face too, even his smile was perfect.

I stared at him once again looking at how his face was lit by the sunlight. It was almost like a film.

He didn't seem real.

He finally looked down at me and smiled genuinely.

And for some reason something had taken control of me.

I don't know what I was thinking but I did it.

I pulled him down and pulled his lips onto mine.

I knew he was shocked at first but he kissed me back with such passion and force almost like he's been craving this for a while.

Our lips were made for each other. It was moving in such sync it's almost unrealistic.

I felt like I was bliss. His hands moved from my face down to my hips and he pulled me closer to him
