Gwen's P.O.V
I woke up the next morning and looked at where I was. It was strange I remember falling asleep on Chloe but here I am on my own bed.
There's no way she would've been able to carry me all the way up here by herself. Maybe Blaise had helped her? I don't know.
I looked at the clock while I got up really groggy.
Ugh it's already 11:30 a.m
Why did I sleep so much? Just then I remembered I was supposed to meet with Fred at 1 p.m . Shit I'll be late if I dont get ready now.
So I got out of bed and got dressed. I wore a some shorts with a nice crop top. I'm supposed to meet him at the entrance of the building with all the other students going. Hopefully he's already waiting there.
As I went down the stairs I noticed there was no one here. Odd since it's so early in the morning which usually meant the Slytherins would normally be down here by now and just talking.
Oh well, I headed out and walked all the way to entrance, to which Fred was already there
"Sorry if I'm late I kind of woke up late" I said while hugging him.
"It's fine don't worry, let's head on out already" He said grabbing my arm and tugging me out
We had finally made it there and went straight to the Three Broomsticks first. I found us a table while Fred got the drinks.
He finally came back with them.
"Thank you for hanging out with me today" I said taking a sip of the butterbeer. "Why wouldn't I hang out with you, you're great, plus anything to cheer you up after you know" he said smiling back at me.
We talked about anything and everything that came into our minds. Eventually we just walked around and then went into Honeydukes as our last stop.
He had bought me all the sweets that I wanted. Not like I couldn't buy them myself but he really insisted.
Fred then walked me back to my common room and we came to a halt right in front.
"I had such a fun time with you, you know I was feeling really shitty about everything but today took my mind off things and I'm so thankful for you" I said truthfully
"I care about you a lot and don't want you to ever feel like that, so of course I had to do something about it" he said holding my face in his hands.
He started to lean in and so did I, it's like our bodies were magnetic in that time.
Soon enough next thing I knew we kissed.
It was so sweet and gentle and I felt how caring he was.
I kissed him back. But then the thoughts of Draco's lips came to my mind, his blue eyes when he said he loves me, his love.
I pulled away because of that. I of course didn't say anything either. He kissed my cheek right after
"I'll see you soon" he said and all I could do was nod.
I never ran into the common room so fast, I was so confused I didn't know what I had done.
I knew I still love Draco, but at the same time, it feels like we'll never be able to fix things because of what sides we've both chosen.
