Ava's P. O. V

As me and Hunter got upstairs on our way to check on Daryl I heard Hunter slightly wheezing which made me turn to look at him "Hunter, you OK? Come" I said gently as I lead him to the other bedroom and sat him down on the bed "but mom" "but nothing, now here you know it's important to have your inhaler" I half scowled at him as I put the inhaler in front of him making him take the mouth piece into his mouth and take a big breath in as I pushed down on the top of the inhaler so the medicine sprayed out and into his mouth, I made him take 2 puffs before taking his little hand back in mine "that wasn't so bad now was it?" I said to him in which I just got a grumble of word's I couldn't understand and a big huff, which just made me roll my eyes and laugh at him "your so much like your dad, you are, let's go see him yah" Hunter then let go of my hand and basically ran to the room Daryl was in, I came in after him to see Hunter jump on the bed "dad! Are you OK?!" He asked as he landed on him "Hunter! Be careful your dad is still sore" I told him off as I shut the bedroom door to give us privacy.

"I'm fine hun, Hunt, I'm just a little sore" Daryl said as he wrapped his arm around him in which Hunter tried to snuggle a little more into him without hurting his dad's side "you should see that lady Andrea dad" Hunter laughed out, this made Daryl look towards me "oh really? Why's that Hunt?" He asked with a smirk, Hunter lifted his head off of Daryl's chest to look at me then him "cause mom beat her up" he said which made Daryl let out a low chuckle I blushed as Hunter continued "mom was so cool though dad all I saw was mom swing her fist out into that lady Andrea's face while yelling bad words, aye mom?" I opened my mouth but Hunter kept talking "she was better than wonder woman dad! Now Andrea has a big black eye that she can't open and I heard miss Patricia say she has a broken nose and a fuckard broken jaw!" (haha yes Hunter actually said fuckard, though he did try to say fractured it just came out wrong) Daryl laughed a little louder at him trying to say fractured and his story at what I did to Andrea, "you mean fractured son?" Daryl said but before Hunter could reply he continued "and I know your mom is way better than wonder woman eh" he smirked while looking at me "yea yea you two, that's enough" I said to them while holding my smirk back.

After a while of us three just talking to each other, there was a knock at the bedroom door "come in" I said and the door opened and I saw Maggie "dinner is ready" "thank you Maggie, we will be down shortly" I said as she nodded and shut the door on her way out. I turned towards Hunter "come on Hunt I will get you your dinner" I say as I took his hand in mine "I will bring you a plate hun" I said as I kissed him on the lips quickly "eww mom" Hunter said while he pulled a disgusted face which just made me and daryl laugh and he pulled me out of the room "see ya soon dad" Hunter said making daryl smile at us before I shut the door.

On our way down the stairs we passed Carol coming up with a plate "I'm just taking this to Daryl and to say thank you to him" she says to me after seeing the look I gave her which was a confused one "oh, OK erm thanks" I say back to her. "yum, that was nice miss Maggie" Hunter said to her which made us laugh "thank you Hunter but just call me Maggie you make me sound old" she chuckled at him "sorry, dinner was yum Maggie" he said again which made me smile at him "Beth, Carol and Lori also helped making dinner though so it wasn't just me" Maggie replied "oh thank you Beth Lori and Carol" Beth and Lori smiled at him and said "thank you" "where's Carol?" He asked the same thing I was thinking "Hunter go and get your toothbrush and brush your teeth please then get ready for bed" I say to him as gets up from his seat at the table "OK mom" he slightly moaned back at me making the others chuckle at him but went up the stairs anyway "I'm gonna go check on Daryl thanks for making dinner ladies" an I got up and made my way to the room Daryl was in once I got there I heard Carol talking to him "You need to know something! You did more for my little girl today than her own daddy ever did in his whole life" she said "I didn't do anything Rick or Shane wouldn't have done" I heard Daryl say back "I know. You're every bit as good as them. Every Bit!" Carol said back to him and I agreed with her 100% I was about to walk away cause I thought they we're gonna carry on talking but I didn't hear anything so I thought she had finished saying her thanks to him so I opened the door, normally I wasn't a jealous woman but what I saw made my veins run with jealousy,

I knew Daryl only had eyes for me but that didn't stop this feeling grow stronger. I should be the only one to put my lips on him. I glared at them from the door then did a fake cough which made Carol quickly stand up and leave while I just stood there half glaring at my husband, he looked back at me with a 'what did I do?' face "looks like your feeling better, Hunter will be in soon to say g'night" I say then turn on my heal and out the door towards the room where Hunter was.
