A Daryl Dixon love story in which his wife Ava and son Hunter are separated from Daryl before the virus brakes out and are trying to get back to him at any cost and vice versa.

We have been on the road for about 7 or 8 months now, moving from house to house never staying in one place to long, as walkers always seemed to find us.
Hunter has grown so much in this time and Daryl has been teaching him how to use a crossbow, he had found one last week in a weapons store which we were all surprised that it was still there, Daryl was going to give it to me since I left mine in our old tent that was at the farm, I was sad that I left it there, but at that time my son was the only thing on my mind besides I still had my guns and knife so I wasn't unprotected, actually I had found a couple of throwing knifes a while back which I thought were awesome. Hunter and Carl are still friends and get along well together both eager to protect the group and to become stronger and always wanting to go on runs, and today was the day that Daryl was gonna take Hunter with him on his second run, I was nervous bout him going but knew he was in good hands, plus he could really use that crossbow his dad had got him and he had a gun and a knife which he also knew how to use, though me and Daryl still take him out to practice with them when we had the time.
They had come back a while ago from their run with nothing, so that was a downer, but we were used to the disappointment, it wasn't their fault, but as always Daryl said he would go hunting and ended up taking Hunter, Carl and Rick.

Hunter, Carl, Rick and Daryl had left a couple of hours ago, hopefully they come back with some food since Lori is now eating for two, she is around 9 months pregnant and could be due any day according to Hershel, so we need to find a place to hunker down as soon as possible not just for Lori but for all of us.
Maggie has become my best friend along with Glenn, those two are so good together and go at it like bunnies, lucky for some, which suxs for me and Daryl since we haven't had any alone time for month's cause if he's not on watch I am and vice versa which has made Daryl kind of angry most day's which goes for me as well, and I hate to admit it but my jealously has also started to flare up when Carol is around Daryl, I over heard her once say to Daryl and I quote 'nice night...wanna screw around' and boy was I pissed at her and since then I didn't trust her around him. Though the only person I've told about that is of course Maggie.
- Few Hours Later -
"Mom!" I heard Hunter call me "we found a place" now that made me smile "really? Where?" I asked him "it's a" Daryl cut him off "prison" "prison?" I looked at him he just nodded his head at me "we will go there in 20 so pack your stuff up" Rick said then walked off to pack his stuff Carl following "Hunter go pack your stuff" I tell him he nodded his head then walked off to his tent "Daryl" he turned to look at me "can we talk please" I looked around "alone"
We had walked a few minutes into the woods before I pushed him against the tree my lips molding with his, his arms wrapped around my waist as mine went around his neck "mmm Av" Daryl moaned out as I stuck my tongue into his mouth fighting with his I slightly pull back "Dare, I've missed you" I tell him out of breath he kissed me again with more passion "I've missed you to hun" he whispered as his hands slowly went down towards the buttons on my shirt, mine also starting on his our lips met again this time with want he then traveled his lips down to my sweet spot on my shoulder "ah hm" we suddenly heard making us quickly part from each other, it was Rick standing there making me look down and blush the brightest red while Daryl just looked at him "what ya want?" "We're ready to move out" "k we will be there in a minute" was Daryl's response Rick just nodded at him then turned around and walked towards the rest of the group "we will finish this later" he whispered "you know it hun" I said as I buttoned up my top while Daryl did his, then we walked off to the group we were gonna go to our new home, even if it is a prison and when me and Daryl got time alone we were gonna finish what we had started and I couldn't wait
