Alex's P.O.V

"Max! Walk! Let's go!" Max shot up, jumping around the apartment.
"Woah boy, calm down!" I laughed and tied his leash around his neck.
We headed out the apartment to the dog park max loves. There, I noticed there was a man with his dog, freakishly tall. He had cool hair, and his dog was so small compared to Max. While I was staring at him, Max managed to slip out of his leash and ran.
I followed him, screaming his name "Max!" Max didn't stop. I was running so fast, I ran into a puddle of mud and fell. Right on my ass. That's gonna hurt in the morning.
Max was jumping on the guys I waste balling before. "Max!" I said while getting up, slowly but carefully. Then man was now full of mud. Great first impression in the city, Alex.
Max came running back, as I quickly tired his leach tightly back on him. The man came up to me
"Are you ok?" He asked me. I recognized him. That was Josh Ra,say from Marianas Trench. He's so much taller in person..
"I think I'm ok. Just a little muddy" I sighed and gave him a small chuckle.
"Is that your dog?" He asked me. That little shit is getting in the cage when I get home.
"That's him" I said shyly, not wanting him to concentrate on how horrible of a pet owner I was.
He asked me if I was ok again, and I just replied with "I think so" as I walked to the bench to rest my bruised legs.
Josh followed me onto the bench. Wow. Josh Ramsay beside me.
"You're dog is cute, what's its name?" I asked him, obviously knowing the answer.
"Her name is Bennie"
I decided to have a little fun with Josh.
I started laughing at the name he gave his dog, so,etching that always made me crack up.
He looked at me, no emotion on his face.
"What?" He said
I played it cool and mentioned Bennie was a boys name.
He replied with "what does it matter to you?" He said with a smirk, and a little bit of attitude. Ahh, Ramsassy. That's why they call him that.
I shrugged off the question, getting up with Max.
"Well I should head home and shower, I'm a little muddy" I smiled before walking away.
"Wait!" Josh said behind me
"Yeah?" I said as I turned around. God he was so much more attractive in person.
"I didn't catch your name" he told me.
I smiled and said "Alex" before walking off. Josh got up behind me, running past me with Bennie.
"Well aren't you gonna ask my name?" He said with a small smirk, expecting me to ask him.
I know you, you're the singer in that band. Josh Ramsay, right?" God I was so smooth.
His smirk grew. "That's me, darling" eventually, the smirk grew into a smile.
I giggled, walking down the street with him following me.
"You're not gonna flip out that I'm Josh Ramsay? I'm pretty cool you know..." He said, and I just laughed. He did too.
We walked together and chatted until I hit my apartment building.
"Nice meeting you in person, Ramsay" I smiled, hoping he'd make a move
"Same to you, Alex... Hey, um, can I maybe get your number?- just for uh, the dogs... We can set them up a play date?" He said it so quickly, like he was trying to cover up he was asking for my number.
"Yeah, 555-829-1548" I said it purposely quickly.
"What? Can you repeat that please?" He said with a small chuckle.
"Nope, figure it out.." I said while walking into my building, seeing Josh stand there like a doofus in the light Vancouver drizzle.
