happy birthday shawn

so in canada as i type this, my baby is offically 18! 🎉

i am so proud of him and all he has accomplished i get emotional. legit whenever i watch his videos of him as a kid, saying how his dream is to play madison square garden it makes me super happy because that was his biggest dream come true! he sells out arenas and people show up in the thousands wherever he goes.

he taught me to be myself and not worry about what other people around me think.

i don't want to turn this into mushy sappy story or whatever but i honestly don't think i am able to put in words how proud of him i am and how much he means to me. i love you shawn and although your not ever going to see this nor will we likely ever meet (saddening), ill always support you no matter what 💗

please continue to do what makes you happy and for that ill always be proud of you! your amazing and i can't wait for illuminate!

ps; it still shocks that he is only 18 and has 1 album out and another on the way, that just goes to show how big the mendes army is and always will be and how talented our little muffin is💗
