Epilogue

It was 2 months later. Hayden, Eric, Kira, John and I were hanging out over at my place.

“You know guys, I feel sorta left out,” Kira said.

“Why?” Hayden asked her.

“Cause y’all all have boyfriends and I don’t,” she said.

“Oh, don’t worry about that. You’ll get one soon enough,” I told her.

“Yea, well soon enough better be tomorrow,” she said. Everyone laughed.

“So whatever happened to Brad?” Hayden asked.

“Yea, he just one day disappeared and no one’s seen him since,” Kira said.

“Um, well, to be honest, he turned into a crow and flew away,” I said.

“Right, and I’m Lindsay Lohann,” Hayden said.

“Why would you want to be her?” Kira said.

“I don’t. It’s just a figure of speech,” Hayden said. Kira and Hayden continued to argue. I looked at Eric.

“You believe me, right?” I asked him.

“I don’t know. It seems kinda farfetched,” he said.

“So, that isn’t just a creepy werewolf thing?” John asked.

“No, werewolves can only turn into wolves,” Eric explained.

“What about vampires?” John asked.

“There’s no such thing,” Eric said.

“Oh, so there’s no such thing as vampires but there IS such thing as werewolves?” I asked.

“Look, I don’t know for sure about that, but I know that even if there WERE such a thing as vampires, they couldn’t turn into a bird anyway,”

“Crow,” I corrected.

“Whatever,” he said. “They can only turn into bats,”

“So what happened that night?” I asked him.

“I don’t know. Maybe you were delusional and saw something you didn’t really see,” he said. “Although, I’m clueless about the fact that there wasn’t a body,”

“See, then she’s telling the truth,” John said.

“No, he might not have been dead yet…”

“So he walked away? He had a bullet wound!” John said. I tuned both of them out for a second and walked to the kitchen to get a Coke. I took a few sips, and then walked to the window to look out. I raised the blinds and screamed. A crow was sitting on the edge of the window. I dropped my Coke and everyone ran in to see what had happened. But when everyone looked out the window, there wasn’t anything there.

-Omg! I feel so accomplished that I actually wrote a book! Haha. Anyway, I bet this has a shocking ending for everyone. And I will do a sequel, just not right now. My next book will be a zombie book entitled Zombie High. Hope everyone will get a chance to read it. Until next time, peace out suckers!!
