((AUTHORS NOTE:
I decided to move this over here. Sorry! ^^"))

The cave walls loomed like giant walls to a fortress. A dome-shaped tunnel lead eastward to the rest of the Underground, every monster's now old home. Sunlight streamed through the hole high above, making the buttercups below Asriel a golden flame racing throughout the tiny goat's private garden. It's his own perfect world, complete with grass tickling his feet, the sweet scent teasing his sharp nostrils, the darkness kept at bay; at least for now, and the light warming his fur for the final time. My fur, He thought lavishly, hugging the aforementioned fur; bristling with pleasure. No more leaves, stems, petals... Asriel smiled.

"For now." He mouthed, quickly coming back to that cold reality. Suddenly, the darkness was coming closer...

Frisk rubbed their fingers together on one hand, the cold metal of a heart locket giving a sharp sting to the exposed skin. It's not fair! They wanted to shout, but what good would that do? They watched as Asriel flinched and shuddered. He doesn't deserve this! Frisk bit their lip, causing blood to dribble down thier chin.

"He doesn't deserve this." The human muttered with conviction. The surface is so close to him... and his family. How come he doesn't get to have that? Frisk wiped their face, hicupping, their sleeve coming away bloody. They didn't even flinch. Frisk smoothed down their hazelnut colored hair, trying to stop their mind, the old memories that threatened to come back...

Frisk shook their head, their messy bob whipping about, putting their mouth in a determined line. It's no use thinking about it. You have to do something about it yourself, Frisk.

They clasped the locket around their neck with a final click. The child rubbed the excess dirt and blood of their face. They slowly stalked toward the shaking, young goat, a grin growing on their face as they thought of a plan...

Asriel turned his head around, his fluffy ears catching him in the face. He batted it away, earger to see who visited him. Frisk. Of course.

"Don't worry about me." Asriel choked a bit, and hoping they didn't notice, he pressed on: "Someone has to take care of these flowers."

Asriel was surprised when they didn't walk away. Instead, they grabbed the small prince's wrist, their almost closed eyes sparkling with willpower. "Asriel." They coughed; they must've not spoken in a while, for it was a high pitched squeak.

"I know you don't want to break anyone's hearts all over again, but..." Frisk trailed off weakly. They cleared their voice, and it rose in power. "You can't just stay here until you're a flower! So, I want you to come with me." They tugged Asriel away from the flowers, his safe haven. "Me and you are going to have the best day of our lives! I'll make sure that you have a great time and you'll won't be alone before you turn back into Flowey!"

Asriel tore his hand away from Frisk's. His heart yearned to go with them, but he couldn't. He can't. "You don't have to do this. Besides, someone would recognize me-"

Frisk's frown disappeared; replaced with a chocolate fire in their eyes. "Don't worry about that; I know just the thing!" The child posed in a dramatic thinking pose, then snickering, they took out a minuscule black stone. Frisk gave them a leisurely wink. Then, they started to pull out clothes from the object; from a dusty apron to a vibrant pink tu-tu. How did all of this fit...? Whatever that is?

Around the human, a huge pile of fabrics formed, reaching their knees. Frisk smirked at the astonished goat with satisfaction. Beat that their face seemed to say.

Asriel chuckled; covering his muzzle in merriment. "Please don't tell me I have to wear the tutu."

Frisk gasped. Their hands fluttered to their gapping mouth. "Does that mean... you said yes?"

Asriel nodded gradually. "I guess... If no one sees me... It would be fine. I would like to..." He shuffled his feet awkwardly. "Have some fun before I go back..." Is that selfish of me? Asriel wondered to himself. He was going to mull it over, but a huge bundle was placed in his hands, making him almost topple backward. He stumbled, but managed to catch himself.

Frisk pointed at him; in a very theatrical way, making Asriel giggle some more, their tone pretended to be an demanding one. "Go put that stuff on at once!" Frisk pushed some grubby tangle of hair back. "See what fits!"

Asriel strolled into the shadows; wanting to have some decency, while Frisk, thankfully, looked away. He put on a number of different garments, then stepped out back to the light, giving his own pose.

Frisk burst out laughing, Asriel soon tumbling after. "Y-you look like..." Frisk gasped for air.

Asriel spread his arms out in a spectacular fashion. "What are you talking about? This is new style of the season! What have you been doing for the last year?" Asriel put his hands on his hips. "Hiding under a rock?"

Frisk chortled even harder. They grasped their hurting stomach. "O-of course! I actually have been under a rock. A mountain, to be exact."

Asriel let out a "Oh". They both went back to twittering their amusement. The child was right to criticize, for Asriel looked like a walking stack of rainbows. He had a manly bandana wrapped around his forehead, a faded ribbon tying his ears back into a cowboy hat, the Old Tutu encompassing his middle, and the Stained Apron covering up the rest of his chest.

The children stopped cracking up; or at least enough to notice something. "Hey." Frisk snapped their fingers in front of their face, then gestured to a familiar white shape on the ground. "Why don't you wear the Temmie Armor?" They teased, pushing it in Asriel's face.

"No, I'll never wear Temmie Armor!" Asriel shouted. He shoved the Temmie-shaped attire away, threatening to explode in guffaws again.

"Why not?" The human taunted. They danced around him, waving it around like a flag.

"No! Just, no. I refuse!" Asriel brayed, caught up in the moment. Frisk halted, their eyes wide.

"Did you just..."

"What, no!"

"I heard you..."

"That was nothing!"

"I mean, I know you are a goat..."

"Leave it alone, Frisk!"

"You actually bleeted!"

The monster and human roared with laughter, both of them falling to the ground, pleading for the other to stop. Asriel felt a friendship begin to bud... Is that a good thing? He didn't have much time to think about it, before-

"Hey! What'cha doing here?"
