Idea: The skelebros are half-dragon creatures.
Story: The war between HUMANS and MONSTERS never happened, instead, they teamed up to put dragons under the Mountain.
Flowey: He is a soulless version of Asriel, but he is very mysterious. He seems to know more than he should and whisper into Papyrus' and Frisk's ears.
Frisk: A adopted child taken in by Toriel. They get attached to Papyrus, and they decide to help him.
Napstablook: The cousin of Mettaton. He sometimes appear in Mettaton's episodes, but only on a occasion.
Toriel: The mother of Frisk, an adopted child, and she takes care of Papyrus and Sans as well. She used to have two more children, Chara and Asriel, but Chara was stolen by dragons and Asriel disappeared.
Sans: The dragon brother of Papyrus. He will find a human SOUL later and join his brother. ;)
Papyrus: He is the first dragon to come out, but since he needs one HUMAN SOUL to do it, he has a more humanoid form that he can control. He still can change into a dragon, especially when he's emotions get out of hand. He was sent on a mission by the dragons to kill more humans and take their SOULs.
Undyne: She a gym teacher at Toriel's school, but takes a interest in Papyrus, and she trains him to see how strong he really is.
Alphys: She is a monster scientist, working with human scientists to combine magic and science. Sans makes good friends with her while she tries to do tests on them. (Sans and possibly Papyrus.)
Mettaton: He is still a ghost possessing a artificial body. He is the monster's star above ground. Papyrus takes a keen interest in him and likes watching his show.
Asgore: He is the mayor in BigTown (He came up with the name) and was the husband of Toriel. Now, she barley even talks to him because of the loss of her two children. He really wants to get back together with her, though.
Chara: The only human child that was stolen by the dragons. They might be a lot closer than you think.
Gaster: Unknown. He is a very mysterious character that haunts Sans and Papyrus' dreams.
This is a ABOVE GROUND AU. Just thought I should clarify.
