"I do not understand." Thor mumbled confused for the tenth time and making you snort tired, but wouldn't make you give up.
"Thor, baby, they're a toys and they can talk and do all that stuff but when a human comes around they pretend that they're just toys! I mean, they pretend that they're not alive as well." you smiled lively, rising from the couch to put the next film. As a big Disney nerd you made sure to show your favorite movies to the God, but Toy Story seemed to be difficult for him to accept. "Let's start watching the princesses now then. Maybe something makes some sense to you and I'll teach you the songs!"
A few hours later, you managed to make Thor watch Mulan, Frozen and Tangled, making several trips to the kitchen to get more popcorn and soda. You were proud of yourself, seeing Thor make positive comments - and he kept praising Mulan during the three movies - and then when you started watching Dumbo, you choked with the popcorn you were chewing when you heard small sobs, turning your head sharply and noticing the huge blond god trying to hide the tears.
"Thor, are you crying?"
"I am not..." he said somewhat uncertain, filling his hand of popcorn and taking to his mouth, after he finished chewing, Thor made a noise that you couldn't identify. "Why this film is full of grief? I do not like it!"
"Alright, let's take a break." you paused the movie, sighing heavy and putting the popcorn bowl on the table before turning to hug Thor that was sulking and staring at the floor. "Come on, it's just a story."
"But every story has some truth!" Thor rose from the couch and headed toward the kitchen while Tony approached with raised eyebrows.
"Don't even start."
"Did you tried to "I'll make a disney prince out of you" with Thor?"
"Shut up, Tony!" you snarled sinking into the couch. Your plan would have to go on hold.
