Three Months Later
Still kidnapped.

This one was bad.
I couldn't move.
Penny left. She said she wasn't interested in Calliope or me anymore.
The beatings were bad.
But when she left and Whitney took over, it escalated quickly.
My skin is no longer the beautiful, fair pale skin that looked so light compared to my Latina.
Now, my skin was a mix of red, brown and purple bruises.
The rape was terrible. The beatings were awful.
But I could put up with that.
There's another thing she does.
The worst torture of it all.
Whitney would show me newspaper articles of my Calliope on the front crying.
"SEATTLE DOCTOR HAS MELTDOWN WHEN WIFE GOES MISSING"
Was the headline.
Calliope was offering all of her money. Millions and millions of dollars she earned to whoever had me.
The worst part was when she would show me TV clips of Calliope begging for me to come home.
That was the worst part.
