The Next Step:Jiley's story

Aghhhhhhhh

My wobbly legs slowly make my way towards the door and I just try and imagine what there reactions will be, will they be excited? Or tell me I can't manage 6? Will they be supportive? All these questions float around my head whilst I open the door. As soon as the door closes behind me and James, Emily runs over and begins questioning me
"When's the due date? how many weeks until there born? There is only one of them, right? How excited are you? Have you told James' parents yet?" She asks excitedly
"Erm, Emily do you want to go get Mom and Dad and bring them into the living room for us?" I ask her
"Er, yeah I guess is everything alright?"
She questions, I just nod my head and walk into the living room with James behind me and sit down.
Once Emily and my parents are in the living room with us I begin to explain what we just found out
"The due date is 28th January and we'll uh there's um" I begin to stutter "there's 6 of them...." I say quickly
"Riley, that's great news!!" Emily shouts and runs over to hug me
"But is it Em? We have no house and now we're expected to look after 6 babies, how's that one going to work" I whisper into her shoulder
"I know that I'm about to sound like James, but don't even worry about it, you'll be able to figure something out," I giggle a bit hearing Emily sound like James
"I hope so, Em" I say.
Later that night me and James are sat in my bedroom later just talking about the babies and what we're going to do when James gets a text that changes everything, it's a text off his Mom that says that his grandparents have just died in a car crash, which is devastating, but I know better than anyone that James dislikes his grandparents because of how distant they are so I guess he doesn't mind that much, but they left all there money to James.
This now means that we can buy a house for us and the sextuplets.
"Aghhhhhhhhhhh" I scream this is the best news I've ever heard. James just smiles and says
"I told you not to worry about it" I smile a huge cheesy grin up at him and just laugh.
That's when I hear Emily sprinting up to my room
"What's wrong, I heard you scream" Emily pants
"We can get a house" I scream at her
