We were back on the train after a pretty expensive shopping trip. Both of us had only really bought stuff for our kids or bump, but it still costs a lot. I had bought all of the kids new nightwear and new coats, Emily had bought baby grows, bottles and all sorts of other stuff now we were just sat on the train and I was showing her adorable photos of the kids since she had left "awww, is that Poppy or Isla?" she asked looking at a photo of Isla giving James a hug whilst he was in hospital, it's weird how I can instantly tell which one is which yet even my sister can't "It's Isla, is it not really obvious, her eyes are far more vivid than Poppy's." I tell her still shocked that she couldn't tell them apart, I mean it's easy "They look the same to me." she says honestly, I don't know how she can't tell them apart but it doesn't bother me too much because I so still sometimes get them muddled up...

We were getting off the train when I heard Isaac shout "Mommyyyyyyy!" heard from the other side of the station, I smiled to myself and began making my way towards the noise. Once I made it to them I could see that James and Hunter had brought all the kids and they all seemed really excited to see me "hey you, what've you been doing today?" I ask Oscar who gives me a cheeky grin and then pulls out one of his many toy trains "whoosh." he said trying to show me that he's been playing with his cars, I laughed and picked him up but as soon as I did I could hear all the others sigh and start complaining that they weren't getting a hug so I put him don and opened my arms so they could all have a hug.

James, Hunter, Emily, me and all the kids were sat in the car on the way back to ours because Hunter and Emily were spending the night with us when I heard Josh start crying, James was driving so I turned around to see him withering in pain, I didn't know what was wrong and began to panic, what could possibly have happened that put him in so much pain? "James pull in now." I instructed him quickly whilst I began to try and establish what was wrong "Josh baby, what's wrong?" I asked him but he couldn't speak, Amelia, who was sat next to him looked so scared. We pulled in and I got out the car and quickly picked Josh up "Shhhh, baby don't cry," I say in a desperate attempt to calm him down but it didn't help "Where does it hurt?" I ask him to start with he doesn't say or do anything and then he points to his stomach and trys to talk but his whole body is being shook by pain and sobs, it hurts so much to see my baby like this. "What's wrong?" James asked after getting out the car "what does it look like." I snap, I know I shouldn't but is it not clear that Josh is in pain and he comes strolling out of the car like nothing's wrong "No, it's not obvious, all I can see is that my son is in pain." he says in an equally angry tone, I sigh and pull my phone out ringing the ambulance.

I hear the sirens long before I see the ambulance but I can't focus on that now, all I can think about is the amount of pain Josh must be in. The ambulance pulls up and I quickly explain what's happened, Josh gets put in the ambulance but only one parent can go so I look at James who I haven't spoken to since our small argument but instead of trying to argue that he should go he just turns around and gets in the car, does he even care about Josh? I take this as my invitation and climb in the ambulance, I look over to see Josh lay there withering around in pain and trying so hard not to scream, I can't stand it.
