I.S.O.L.A.T.ED ~ This is it I gotta know~

  I sat in the car , no uttering a word untill we got to the hospital , Prince was asleep but Raqeul was finishing HW, Romelo was knocked out , I can honeslty say this drive wasn't going to be fun. I pulled into the parking lot and parked in the emrgancy parking , I unbuckled my seat belt and I sat back breathing softly " Prince wake up" I say tapping his shoulder lightly , " i'm up! , i'm up!" he says snorting whiel waking up. I giggle a little and look back at them and Raquel was sit tight and ready , " lets go chica! , we need to go see mom!" she says ine excitment. " Yo dog , the baby is whining" , Romelo says touching he binky. I get out the car and so does Prince and Raquel as I unstrapp Antonio and put a blanket over his carrier , "come on Avanna" he says  as he grabs my hand.

We all walk in there and they sit in the waiting room. " I'm here to see my mother" I say , they have seen me once before. " Alrighty , how many?" , " five" I say with confidence , " alright your all set , you can go ahead in" she says smiling big. I grab the baby , " come on yall" I say and walk back to the elevator. I stepped out and walked to my mom's room and stared at the door and Raquel put her hand on my shoulder , " Go ahead chica , you'll nevr know untill you find out". My hand was shaking , I couldnt get it to stop as I opened the door and pushed it open. " Momma? , are you here" , I stand there and I hear a faint voice , " I'm hear baby" I breath out walking with the baby and I could see her bright beautiful smile , she looked nice and healthy. " Momma!" I say hugging her , Prince smiled as her was enjoying me seeing my mom. " My babies! , how yall doing " she askes , " i'm doing awesome mom!" Raquel says loud as ever and puts a smile on my moms face , " Im good you already know" says Romelo , " oh lordy and look who I see next to me , is that Prince?" she akses with a smile and as she sits up. " Yeah it is , how are you?" , " i'm getting better baby , now im anxious! where is my baby boy!" she says calpping her hands together.

I give her Antonio as he twitches trying to lay his head down. " Oh my baby , my gorgoues little boy" she says teary eyed and shes kissing him all over , " he's so beautiful , mommy has missed you" she says talking to him , I smile wiping my tears away and hugging Prince. " Baby , thank you for visiting me , im glad to see Antonio again , im so happy now , a smile is just what I needed" she says crattling him. " Your welcome mom , iv'e missed you so much , I dunno what to do with myself" I say crying on her leg , " Babygirl , stop that crying , im here and alive .... and only GOD has the final answer of my death" she says in the holy voice she always uses when she gets emotinal. " Avanna , whats wrong with your face?" she asks touching it , Prince bakcs up and so does Raquel and Romelo , " So now yall bail out!" I say rolling my eyes , " Avanna , is there somthing your not telling me!?" she says touching my cheeks , " someones beaten you! Avanna , who put their nasty , stank hands on my child!, and you better not lie!" she says with a firm look.

  I was scared to tell her , but i let it out. She sat there on the bed silently feeding the baby , " So Ms.James , put her hands on you.... " she asks me , " Yes momma , im so sorry , i just , I didnt wanna tell you"  I say , " why didnt you tell me this sooner baby... I would have done something" she said and she stops feeding him as he wide hazel eyes look at her and grins. My mom starts to cry again , and she sings the excat same song as Lukes mother did.

"Hush now , my baby , be still now dont cry , hush while your rocked by the stream , sleep and remember my last lullabuy, so i'll be with you ,when you dream"  she says and kisses his forehead giving him to me " Momma? , is there something wrong?" I ask choking up , " Avanna , i'm not fit enough to take care of him , he needs to be with someone who will take care of him" , she says , as she said that I gulped down my tears and no matter how hard I tried the tears fell out as fast as they could down my cheeks. Prince hugged me from behind and kissed my cheek , " Dont worry love , it will be okay" he says rubbing my arm , " Danggg... chica are you okay?" . she askes , " but mom! , this is your baby! , you had him! you can't just give him up to a stranger!" I say breathing hard , " Avanna , there isnt much I can do ... when you go home tonight , take good care of him for me , dont let her touch him! , and be strong as always Avanna you have a good head on your shoulders , dont waste your power" she says with tears , I hold back my tears and nod , I strap him in his carrier and hand him to Prince.

  " I have to talk to mom , just go get in the car please" I say giving the keys to him , " arlight , im sorry" he says walking out with Raquel and Romelo. " Mom , what are we gonna do about Ms.James?" I say turning to her , " baby , the house is finished , you can go back home now... nothing I can say... but I will say this , she better not hurt u again. or i will hurt her" she says laying down , " Now baby , leave it's getting late. She says falling asleep.

   I nod kissing her forehead " I love you momma" I say hugging her and then walking out. " I love you too baby" she says waving at me as I  close to hospital room door and loook down as people pass me by running or walking by. I slid down the wall and began to cry, Iv'e been holding it back so long. I needed my life back , I needed my mom at home and healthy , and my dad alive and here. I can't trust no one with Antonio , it's like giving away my own child. I need to know , who can I trust to take care of Anotnio?
