Two weeks passed quicker than I thought as Kayla and I got a call from Lina asking to see if we were still on for the sleepover. Since neither of us had to work tonight, we said we'll be over if we have a time. So now Kayla and I were packing for the eight o'clock Girls Night Out, as Lina labeled it, waiting for Ethan to pick us up from our apartment. Chris would've picked us up if it wasn't for his car breaking down, so Frank and Lily have to pick him up.

"You think tonight's gonna be fun?" Kayla asked me as she threw a few more shirts in her big ass purse.

"Yea. They get lit," I said in the mist of searching for my pajama pants.
When I finally found the piece of clothing, I smiled in satisfaction. That's the softest shit my ass has ever touched. I packed them in my bag then sat beside Kayla when I was done with my bundling.
"Why? You nervous?"

"Nah. It's just I wanna turn up tonight, and I don't know if they turn up like we do."

"I bet they gonna be dumb deep."

"Hopefully."

"Well did you get to know Lily more when you went on that double date with her and Frank?"

"Yea. She's mad funny, man. She has me dying everytime she would say something goofy, but I felt so bad for her."

"Why?"

"Because she has this scar on her neck, and I would glance at it every once in a while. I'm praying she didn't notice me looking at it."

"Did you make it noticeable?"

"I feel like I played it off."

I wanted to tell the Kayla the reasoning behind it, but that wouldn't be my place to explain something that complex to her, especially when it's not my story to share. "Well as long as you did that, that's all that matters."

"Ethan said he's less than ten minutes away when I texted him. Wanna start headin down?"

"Yea let's get outta here," I said grabbing my things as she trailed behind me to turn off and lock up the room.

When we got outside, the wind hit us harder than we expected, but luckily we saw Ethan's black Ferrari. We began to run over to it, and knocked on the window to get his attention. The door began to slowly open revealing him in his black shades and GFA jacket putting on the most flirtatious smirk I've ever seen in the history of douchbags.

"Why hello ladies," he said deeply trying to be sedictive, but we all ended up laughing shortly afterwards.
"I'm just playing. Hop in the car."

Kayla climbed in the back while I sat in the passgner's seat. When the door shut, he drove off like there weren't parked cars on the side of the road. The heat vents were at an all time high just like the volume of his radio. He was playing Future's album, DS2. It's a good album, but the volume he was playing at made my ears feel like they were about to bleed. He finally turned it down when I hit him on the shoulder and yelled as loudly as I could for him to turn it down.

"Thank god," Kayla said messaging her ears.

"I thought I was turning deft," I said next.

"You guys are so dramatic."

"People only say that when they express how they truly feel," Kayla said in a softer voice than usually making me laugh knowing she was joking.
