Chapter Nine

(Harry's P.O.V)

What Have I Done?

I managed to get a hotel room and straight away I strip, leaving me in my briefs. As I look in the mirror at my reflection I realise what damage Liam had done. It was a surprise to me I had gotten away when I had the chance otherwise is probably be in a cell. I didn't mean to hurt Aly. Maybe making her scared has kept her around all these months and truth be told I got over her dad killing mine as soon as we buried him and I didn't want Aly to know but now knowing she knows I knew she wanted I leave. Aly has never spoken about her mum let alone wanted to see her. Usually Aly would help clean me up but she wasn't here, shed probably be in hospital with Liam. I always new Liam was sly but I didn't think he'd go against me.

Once I cleaned my face I turned the tv on to see what was on the news. I sat back on the couch as my head pounded. I pulled out my phone and noticed a few messages. They were from Trevor saying a few things have died down, but Aly's dad's car had some dna in it that they are anaylizing and I was just hoping that nothing of mine had brushed off.

It's all quiet strange how your life can turn upside down with something as little. If u don't get caught now, in week or next month there is probably a chance I'll be one of those people that get locked up when they opened closed cases. I could probably lie and get myself out of it but then again they'll probably have more technology that'll have me thrown away.


(Aly's P.O.V)

*beep...beep...beep*

"Hey how are you feeling?" Liam asked as I opened my eyes. I look around in I'm in a hospital bed with a blood bag being pumped into my body.

"I'm ok, I guess." I answered.

"Well that's good."

"What happened, where's Harry?"

"Well you passed out from blood lose and I'm not sure where Harry is, but I've let him slip away, yet again."

"He didn't mean to do any of this, it's all my fault," I started to say as I tried to sit up. "I need to see him."

"Aly, he has hurt you and has put you in hospital, I will now let you go back."

"Liam you don't understand, leaving was such a mistake and I realise that now."

"Well look you can leave until tomorrow but when you do I'll take you home and give you time to get your things, I'll guarantee he won't be home."

"No it's ok Liam, I can handle myself just get a nurse for me please, my leg is killing me."


(Harry's P.O.V)

"Trevor you have to send in like a random tip saying that he was spotted in a different country or something, I can't keep running away, I need my girl so call me back man." I said leaving Trevor a voice message. There had been a news report that a young girl had been stabbed and left in an Alley, they were also asking if anyone had information come forward and I knew I had to get out of the area.

I need to sleep but that would have to wait. I walked out of the hotel room and down near the car park. It was dark and no one was in sight so I wrapped my jacket around my hand and looked for a car without an alarm system. Surprisingly the range rover didn't have one so with all the energy I had left I punched out the drivers side window. It was one of those press to start cars so no keys were needed.

I drove down the freeway and past the hospital. I was so tempted to stop but I just kept going. I headed home in hope of a peaceful night.

At home I pulled the range rover around the back of the flat and tore of the number plates. I walked to my flat and turned the lounge room light on once I was inside. The flat was clean and it spelt like Aly. I went to our bedroom and closed the window before going to the bathroom. I washed my fave again and got undressed before collapsing on the bed where I let sleep over take me.
