My heart was racing, they held back there verdict like one of those stupid game shows. I starting biting my lips so hard that I started to taste blood. I closed y eyes an quickly prayed, I knew it was to late and my life was over.

"Since there is no evidence yet to the cause of death we find Harry Styles innocent."

Those words ran through my body, I opened my eyes. I was shocked but happy at the same time. I look over at Greg who is smiling then back at Aly and Mum who were also smiling. But no one said anything bc we were waiting for the judge to say something.

"Until the cause of death is known I here by sentence you to house arrest."

That means id be watch for about 3 months. I feel another hand on my should and when I look back it's mum giving me a soulful look. I bet they were all expecting me to go to jail, but if Robert got away with killing my father I'm sure I can. Another half hour goes by and I am able to see Aly and mum before they take me home. Aly looks like she's been crying.

"Everything is going to be alright." I say as she hugs me. I didn't exactly know if it was true but I kept saying it in hope I started to believe it.

"I bloody well hope so." Liam says.

"Where have you been?" I ask him. He had skipped out when the trial finished.

"I went to thank Anna, if she told the truth I don't think you would have often out of this." Liam answered.

"Yea well she wants to be in our business, but this doesn't mean he can just walk into our lives like nothing has happened." I explain.

"Wait, hat has she done that is so horrible?" Aly asked.

"Your joking right?" I ask her. She just shake her head. "Aly, Anna is the type of person that'll get anything she wants and if she can't have it she'll what ever she can to make it hers."

"Oh." Was all she could say, when I was about to say more a pair of officers came in our direction.

"We are here to escort Mr Styles home."

"About time." I mumble. I hobble along with the crutches as the officers follow behind me. "I'll see you at home." I call back to Aly and Mum.

"So uh, do I get any food or are you going to make me starve for 3hours?" I ask once im put in the back of a police car. I must admit it was weird being driven away in a police vehicle. "Look I know you can hear me."

"Yes loud and clear but orders are to get you to Holmes Chapel as soon as we can."

"Oh come on, i'll pay for you to stop and burger shop and i'll even buy you something considering you've been at that court house all day and I doubt either of you have eaten." I said. I needed food and I was willing to do anything for it. I was just lucky mum can me my wallet before we left.

(Aly's P.O.V)

Everything is going to be alright. I'm trying to convince myself that through time everything will work out the way want it to. I watch as they took Harry away and even though it wasn't going to be for long my heart ached for him. Anne had to speak to Greg which didn't take long because we were soon heading out towards her car. The drive is going to be long and hard with no contact with Harry. Even though we were already in London Anne had arranged Harry to stay in Cheshire, Holmes Chapel at their family home. It was a huge block and would allow Harry to do walks around the yard with out the device going off.

"I always knew that this would work out." Anne says.

"What do you mean?" I ask, I was a little confused.

"Well I know how guilty Harry must feel after everything but even threw the trial I knew he'd be seen as innocent."

"How would you know that."

"Darling Greg has never lost a case, if I had Leigh represent Harry it'd be a different story."

"Oh ok."

"And I know you are worried about the cause of death but honey you must not worry, not when I have connections that can make his death an accident."

"But how will you explain him buried out of town?"

"I can't but there was a lot of people that wanted that man dead so there could be a lot of people behind this and who knows whether it was an accident or a murder."

"Im hoping it was an accident for Harry's sake." I said. Anne had a change in attitude and it was starting to worry me, which made things worse because every time I worry I tend to over think and that was not going to be good in this situation.

(Liam's P.O.V)

We were down running and I was still waiting for them to put the pieces together. I will admit it has been hard but as time comes closer I know everything will be over. I waited around after the trial, I had told Aly i'd meet her at Harrys family house which I will but there was someone Im wanting to see. I sit in the small café waiting for people to leave and being in the jury you have to wait until the last trial.

By the time the last trial did finished I had finished my third coffee and had eaten more than I could handle. I watch carefully as each member left the building and starting to stand up when I saw her.

"That was an intense trial wasn't it." Anna laughs when she sees me.

"Why did you lie for Harry?"

"Because deep down in my twisted soul, I may still have feeling for the poor guy."

"How did you find out?"

"How? Oh honey don't you remember telling me and with that you left trails that I soon picked up and followed."

"You know Harry doesn't care for, at all."

"Maybe but that can change now cant it."

"Not when Aly's in the picture."

"Yes about that, I thought you were going to do something about that."

"And I told you im not going to, what Aly and Harry is love but its a different love and as much as I hate it there is nothing you can do, especially now."

"Why now?"

"Because they are married."

"Oh yea, married."
