Toni- Screaming. The first thing I hear when I wake up making me cringe instantly because I realize that I'm the one who has to make whatever is causing the screaming go away. I sigh before throwing the soft covers off of me and getting out of the bed.
"UGH CHINA YOU ALWAYS DO THIS YOU ARE SUCH A FREAKING COPYCAT!" I hear Yara scream as I ease into the hallway. "GIRL PLEASE NOBODY AIN'T TRYING TO COPY YOU ITS YOU WHO ALWAYS COPYING THE COLORS I WEAR!" China screams back. I quickly walk into China's room where the argument is happening and before they can continue the shouting match I interrupt with a loud whistle causing their heads to whip towards mine.
My face instantly flushes at the predicament I put myself because I just realized I know absolutely nothing about teenagers, well about trying to...help raise teenagers. My fingers makes their way down my pajama pants towards pockets that I realize I don't have, trying to grab onto my inhaler I just now realized I left at the hotel room. You have got to be kidding me.
I look back up to see them still staring at me, waiting for me to talk and an idea hits me "I will give you each 30 dollars if you stop arguing for the day" I say nervously running my hand through my nappy curls. They both look at each other for a minute contemplating their next move before they nod their heads in agreement. "Deal" they say.
I gave a small smile before hurrying back to my own room but right I can step foot inside I hear Miles calling my name from his room. I turn and go in there to see him looking through his dresser. "Yes Miles?"
"Can you help me find something to wear?" He asks smiling up at me. I nod before going to his closet and picking out a outfit for him. "Thank you!" He says happily as I hand him the outfit before he runs to the bathroom.
I once again make my way towards my room and I'm again interrupted but this time the interruption makes my heart thump loudly in my chest. "Toni come here please" Mr. Edmonds asks and I nervously make my way down the hall to his bedroom and knock on the bedroom door "you can come in Toni" he calls out. I walk in and almost trip on my feet at the sight that greets me.

"Y-yes M-Mr. Ed-Edmonds?" I stutter out after picking up my fallen jaw. He stands before walking towards me his towel hanging loosely on his muscled waist. "Toni did you hear me?" He asks snapping me out of my pleasurable day dream. I quickly shake my head trying to clear the thoughts before answering "uh, no Mr. Edmonds I'm sorry" I say frowning making him chuckle.
"It's fine Toni, and why do you call me Mr. Edmonds, I thought we was friends please call me Kenny" he says with a smile before turning back around and picking two shirts off of the bed and showing them to me. "Black or grey?" He asks looking at me.
