Chapter 11

Days passes so quickly when we are happy, enjoying life.
These 3 days passed so fast that i didn't even realise and it was time to say goodbye to Shanaya.
We were at the airport. Her flight will take off in 30 minutes.
Shanaya was hugging Mom and Mom well she was crying as expected.
"Take care okay? Don't stay awake till late." Mom said to her.
"Mom i'm 26." Shanaya rolled her eyes and chuckled at the same.
"So? You will always be my little girl. Also take care of Blake. Ask him to call me when you will reach there."
"Yes Mother." She hugged her tightly.
"I love you Mom."
"I love you too sweetheart."
She hugged Dad then.
"Bye princess. Take care of yourself and that idiot too."
She laughed. "Sure. You too Daddy."
And finally it was my turn.
She messed up my hair.
"Heyyy. Not the hair Man."
"Shut up." She did it again.
"Arghh. Daddy." I folded my arms.
"Aww my cry baby. Come here."
"I'm not a cry baby huh."
Everyone laughed. Great.
"Just ignore her Shanaya." Alice said and I stared at her.
"Are you my best friend or not." She didn't reply and hugged Shanaya instead.
"I will miss you."
"I will miss you too Alice."
Call for Shanaya's flight came and she had to leave.
"Bye people love you all.". She said and started walking.
"Wait." I shouted.
"Finally." She turned around and smiled.
"This.." I took something out of my pocket. "I bought this for you."
"What is it?"
"Open it."
She opened the packaging.
"Wow. This is beautiful and so delicate." She smiled. It was a little charm bracelet.
"I knew you will like it."
"Like? I love it. Thank you." She hugged me.
"I will miss you Shanaya."
"I will miss you too little sis."
She spoke in a low voice in my ear then.
"Enjoy your trip with your prince charming."
"Oh god. Prince charming? Seriously? It's an office meeting. That's it."
"Sure." She laughed. "Goodbye."
And she left.

Days passed and tomorrow i have to leave for Mexico with Mason. Saying I am nervous is an understatement.
I am in the office right now. When Alice and Nicole came to my table.
Nicole also works in the office with us. She is a friend not as close as Alice though but she is a nice person and fun too.

"Hey Miss Nervewreck." That's how they greeted me. They are enjoying it. Forget i called them my friends. I hate them.

"You two talking to me? Oh, I didn't notice." I started doing my work again. Trying to ignore those two.

"Yes we are busy bee." Nicole said.

"That you got right. I am busy. I have to complete my work today."

"So that you could enjoy tomorrow." Alice said. Haha. So funny. They laughed. Yup. They are enjoying.

"You two go.." I was saying something but then someone inturrupted me.

"Elena?" Mason it was.
We all looked at him. I stood up from my seat.
"Yeah?"
"Have you completed the work? We have to send one mail to the Mexican company today only."
"Okay. You tell me whatever has to be written in it and i will send it to them then."
"Yeah. I will give a page to Maria. She will hand it over to you. Any confusions or doubt talk to me."
"Sure."
He started walking.
"Yeah talk to him." Alice mouthed.
I glared at her.
Mason suddenly stopped and turned. "One more thing."
We all looked at him.
"We have to leave at 11:30 tomorrow. So meet me at the airport on time. Don't be late. Okay?
"Yeah."
"Good." He walked away after that.
"Will you two let me complete my work now?" I said to Nicole and Alice.
"Yeah yeah we are leaving. Why would you talk to us now." Alice said.
"Don't you guys have some work?"
"No photoshoot. No styling." Nicole said.
"Great. Why are you coming to office then?" I asked while working.
"No office. No money." Nicole replied.
"And money is important. Very important."  Alice added.
"Sure it is." I said.
"Anyways we are not that free. We have to go for the shopping tomorrow. To buy some accessories." Alice spoke again.
"Aww you have to go for the shopping tomorrow. So sad no?" I said sarcastically.
"Ahaan. We have to do shopping for the shoot not for ourselves." Nicole said.
"Still it is better than sitting here all the time and translating these mails and everything."
"That it is." They chucked.
Maria came then to my seat. She is Mason's personal assistant.

"Sir asked me to give this page to you Elena." She handed me the page which had all the details.

"Okay. Thanks Maria." I smiled at her. She smiled too and walked away.

"Well you do your work now.  Will see you in a while." I nodded while reading the details.

I wrote the Mail. Confirmed few things with Mason and Send.
I'm done for today but tomorrow.
