Finding out

Lucy's POV

Half way through the movie Sharna's phone began to ring so she headed upstairs, we hadn't heard from her in a while, I nodded at Nick as he got up and headed up to there room.

Nick's POV

I walked into mine and Sharna's room and I see her facing the window sobbing as I run up to her.

"What's wrong?!" I asked concerned all she did was stare out the window as tears fell from her eyes hitting the window sill.

"Sharna.." I proceeded to say.

"I'm adopted" she says still staring out the window with more tears staining her cheeks.

I pulled her closer to me as she cried into my chest.

"25 years, I have lived on this planet, 24years I have been adopted for and I didn't even know" she says still crying into my chest.

I brush her hair with my fingertips as she starts to calm down.

"Apparently I'm not English or American" she says to me as I look down at her confused.

"I'm Brazilian" she continues to say.

"Damn that's so cool" I smile at her.

"And apparently I have a brother that's about 3 years older then me" as I see a tear drop down her eye again.

"I have a brother, who could be anywhere in the world, who I've never met and probably never will" she continues to sob.

"It's okay baby" I say hugging her again.

She heads into the bathroom to freshen herself up and we head back downstairs.

"Are you ok?!" Nicole, Lucy and Phoenix ran up to Sharna concerned.

"I'm fine, I just had a long phone call" Sharna smiles to the others, but deep down I know she's hurting.

"We need to go pick up the kids" Sharna says looking at her clock.

Me and Sharna jumped into my car and we headed straight for the school. We pulled up in the car park and we headed inside our hands locked together once we got inside the playground Destiny and Tate came running out us.

"MOMMY! DADDY!" They both shouted whilst running to us.

I bent down and gave Destiny a hug whilst picking him up and Sharna did the same to Tate.

Sharna's POV

"So how was daddy's princess's first day at school?" Nick asked Destiny.

"It was great Daddy! Me, Jaci, Josef and Hope played in the playground and made art with our hands" she toothy smiled.

"That's great Destiny!" Nick said to her.

"So what's wrong with you mister?" I asked Tate bobbing his nose.

"School. I hate it" Tate sternly said as I looked over to Nick that smiled.

"Why?" I ask Tate.

"It's rubbish and it stinks" Tate said pouting.

"Aww you'll like it soon" I replied smiling at him.

"The only good thing was, was I was with Harry all day" he replied to me as I smiled back to him.

We got back in the car and headed back to the house where Tommy was waiting for us.

"UNCLE TOMMY!" Destiny and Tate said running up to him and jumping on him as he laughed.

"Hello, how is the baby Johnson's" Tommy asked the two.

"I'm doing great" Destiny replied smiling.

"Rubbish" Tate replied frowning.

"Why?" Tommy asked looking at Tate.

"School is really bad" Tate replied as Tommy laughed and carried on talking to the two.

What if Tommy was my brother I mean, I am 'Brazilian' and so is Tommy.

Tommy headed to the couch to place Destiny and Tate down and he stuck the TV on whilst we wait for the others to come back.

"Hey Tommy can I talk to you upstairs" I asked him as he walked over to me.

"Sure" he replies as we walk up the stairs.

"Nick, Alex look after Destiny and Tate" I called to him.

"Ok" they both called back.

We headed up to mine and Nick's room and I closed the door behind us, I sat on the other side of Tommy.

"Tommy, did you ever lose a family member... Preferably a sibling..?"
