Thursday September 24, 2037

I had the combine ready to roll and summer ended yesterday. I always wait until after the harvest moon to harvest the corn. The wheat was done before the second week in September so now I had to wait for the corn.

Tomorrow I start on it. Logan climbed into the bed with me holding a telescope. We're star gazing tonight and looking at the moon. He brought supper while I provided the place to watch.

The corn rustled nearby as we both looked at the moon. He held me close to his side as we looked up at the autumn night sky. I loved the view.

He kissed my forehead holding the telescope for me so I could look up at the sky. The night was beautiful.

It turned into a heated make out quickly when he pulled me onto his lap. "Come on let's go back to your house." He said carrying me to the cab.

When we got there I understood what he wanted to do. He took me into my room and sat down on my bed, me on his lap. He took my shirt off after his.

I wrapped my legs around his torso pulling myself closer to him. He slid out of his jeans then took mine off. "Your so beautiful buttercup." He said. His hands ran along my bare skin.

We got in under my covers and he held me close to him as we dozed off. Little under two more months until it would have been a full year.

I got up out of bed and pulled a pair of jeans and a shirt on. Then found a pair of socks and grabbed my boots. I walked into the living room after waking Logan up. He's a light sleeper once I get up.

He got up and dressed. We ate breakfast together and went to school. I parked in my spot and got out. This year we barely had any classes together. One or two at the most.

I went off to my first class after he kissed me for several seconds. Amber was the first to see me. "Someone's blushing." She stated. "Nah." "Uh huh Logan being a gentleman again?"

"When is he not a gentleman?" I asked her. She giggled before going over to Fisher. I followed sitting in from of Aaron.

Our teacher came in after the bell rang. Then came in Kale and Xavier. Those two are like world war 3 when their in the same room especially when they walk in at the same time.

Kale had a black eye and a bruised cheek. I sat back watching as they each set a note on the teacher's desk. I could already tell Xavier was mad, more than mad. Now seeing him closer. I could see two bruised cheeks and a black eye.

After Mr. Havlier started teaching us the door opened. One of the office ladies was with a girl non of us have seen before. "This is Callie Dustril. This is her first day here." The lady said.

"Ms. Dustril please find a seat." Mr. Havlier told her angry because his lesson was interrupted.

She made her way over to the desk beside me. Boots on her feet, a rhinestone belt to match and a ball cap hanging out of her backpack.

Xavier was eying her all too closely. So I let him not caring because I'm not dating him. After class I talked to her.

"I'm Tessica." I introduced myself. "Callie. Well California. My parents loved naming their children after states and cities." She told me. "Why don't you hang out with us for lunch?" I asked. "Ok."

"May I see your schedule?" I asked. She handed it to me. "Oh we have the next class together. Come on I'll show you where it is." I said handing her schedule back.

She walked with me halfway to class before Logan saw me. This is one of the few classes we have together. He grabbed my backpack and carried it to class.

Callie was quiet. "Who's the new?" Logan asked me quietly. "Callie." I told him. We entered the room and I sat down in my seat. Logan sat behind me. Xavier came in sitting behind Callie.

So I decided to have a little fun with him.
'Got a crush?' I asked him. A few seconds later Xavier looked at his phone.
'Nope.'
'Yeah right I saw the way you were eying her.'
'Fine yes. I have a crush on the new girl. She's my type what am I supposed to do?' He asked.
'I invited her to eat lunch with us. Introduce yourself and be nice.' I told him.

He looked at me like 'really?' I nodded. Logan had a cautious look on his face. So I told him my plan. He leaned forward in his seat as the bell rang. "You and I are going to go round and round aren't we?" He asked.

I kissed his cheek. "Your impossible at times." He said leaning back. I giggled turning around in my seat. After class I jumped up being caught before I could even leave the room.
"See you at lunch buttercup." Logan said before kissing my temple.

He's rocking those wranglers today. At lunch I walked to my truck with Amber and Callie. Amber was telling Callie who was with who, like how she was dating Fisher and I was dating Logan.

My bag was taken from me. I turned and saw my amazing boyfriend. He put his arm around me pulling me closer. Once at my truck I got up on the tailgate after he did. He made me sit between his legs while his arms were around my waist.

Xavier came up standing next to Logan. "Dude what happened?" Logan asked. "You don't want to know."

"It was Kale." I told Logan. "Talk about world war three." Aaron said coming up. Callie sat next to Logan doing nothing.

I nudged Xavier into going over to talk to her. He sighed and walked over and sat next to her on the opposite side.
