                                              There was that talk against contractual employment, previously. End of endo, they say.
                          And then, a few days ago, there was this news about a job order employee in a government office receiving less than the minimum wage.
                          And I was like... no wonder private companies get away with it. Even the public offices use it. And it's on the news, I wonder if anyone from DOLE (Department of Labor and Employment) would notice it. And actually do something about it.
