They had carefully climbed up onto the wall of rocks. After they were successfully atop, they were even more cautious when walking across it. It was wide, but there were cracks where they could slide in, and some rocks were slicker than others. Finally, they reach the end of the rock wall, and they were facing the wide realm of ocean that had the kind of effect that made them feel powerful enough to rule the world.
They had been through Hell and back together, so now they were trying to make their own kind of Heaven by seeing everything that was good and beautiful.
"This is gorgeous. Why leave when we have this to look at every day to remind us of the beauty of the world?" She gestured out to the ocean.
"Because the rest of the world is left unexplored, my darling, and we must see it all. If we stopped at every beautiful destination, I would've stopped when I met you."
