    Lay down on the ground with a blanket surrounding you like a cocoon. You lie down, and then you look up. Look at up the stars shining, and take everything in. Breathe. Breathe long and slow, and take it all in: the bright, twinkling stars in the sky, the cold air going into your lungs, the grass wet from dew under you, the crickets chirping away around you. Breathe, look, and take it all in. Life is truly beautiful if you care to take the time to notice.
