"Yes?" Sabi ko sa babaeng nagbukas ng pintuan ng room ko.
"You're breakfast is ready. Go downstairs." My mom.
"Okay" Niligpit ko muna ang librong hawak ko at nilagay sa bedside table. Pagkatapos bumaba na'ko para kumain.
Yeah. I prefer to eat alone. Much better if I'd live alone too.
"Ate!" Uh.. Nandito na naman ang kolokoy.
"What? I'm eating you know." Sabi ko na nakakunot ang noo.
"Nothing. Diba malapit na birthday mo? What gift do you want?" Excited na sabi niya.
Tuwing mag b'birthday ako' Lage niya'kong tinatanong pero wala naman siyang nakukuhang sagot. At binibigyan niya pa rin ako ng gifts.
"Kung wala kang magandang sasabihin umalis ka nalang. I don't even give a damn." I said firmly.
"Watch your mouth Kathryn!" Mom said na nasa likod ko lang pala. Oh' the foul language.
"It's okay ate. I will still give you a gift" He said and then walk away.
"Don't talk to your brother like that again."
"Whatever mom" I replied almost whispering.
Pagkatapos kong kumain, bumalik na ako sa kwarto para magbasa ulit ng libro. Boring? Not really...

I'm watching tv when the front door open.
"Dad!" Sigaw ni Troi.
"Yeah. I'm home!" He yelled and then mom suddenly appeared.
Blah...blah...blah... Nanunuod ako ng tv.
"Kathryn." Tawag ni mommy.
"What?"
"The dinner is ready. Come, let's eat together" She commanded.
"No. It's Okay. You eat first" I replied without looking at her, still on the tv.
