Chapter 2

I sat at my desk trying to get these lyrics for a song together but I couldn't all I had was Jai on my mind.

He was acting so shady.
So many ideas were crossing my mind.
What if he was having an affair with some other girl?
What if he's back in the drug business?
No that can't be.
Can it?

Just then there was a knock at my door.
I opened it and I saw beau holding a very crying and agitated Nikko.

"Here." He gave me the baby

"What happened? Where's your mom?"

"She's at a doctors appointment and he wouldn't stop crying I fed him and everything but he just won't stop."

"Come in."

"There there little one."
I looked at my crying baby and his cries got softer until he fell asleep.

"How did you do that?"

"Just rock him back and fourth and he should fall asleep."

"Wow that kid is just something else."

We just laughed

"Can I ask you something about Jai?" I told him

"Sure anything."

" is he having an affair? I mean he's been acting really shady and he hasn't been going to work."

"What? No of course not. He loves you to death. He would never do that to you."

"I was just thinking. I'm very worried he's gonna go back to what he used to be."

"No he won't. He's done with that life."

"Hmm okay then. Well I gotta get back to work now think you can handle the baby by yourself."

"I'll pray to God I can."

"Haha okay here." I gave him Nikko and went back to work.

Beau POV
I called up Jai

"Aye shes thinking your having an affair."

"What?"

"Yeah I went to see her cause Nikko wouldn't stop crying and we talked for a bit about you."

"What did you do to my son you fuck face?"

"I didn't do nothing asshole. I just couldn't get him to stop anyways how longer do I have to keep up the act I don't like her worrying about you."

"Soon. I have to make sure everything goes right. "

"Your such a girl."

"Shut up at least I have a wife what about you you fuckin loner."

"Jai Brooks I know your not talking to your brother in that tone."

"But Mom he started it."

"No butts now I need you to pick up the  kids today my car is not working."

"Okay mum."
