Rose followed the second year students leading her and the others to their dorms. Several times they had been stopped by other students wanting her autograph.
"You are quite popular." David noted as they were once more stopped by a crowd of students. Rose blushed as she quickly signed the objects held out. One of the students even had a giant plushie of her. Thankfully it was a girl who owned it. She didn't want to imagine what a male fan would do to a life size doll of her. "If this continues we will not make it to our dorms in time to prepare for dinner."
"No one gets in the way of my David's meal." Iris stepped forward threateningly causing the other students to back off. She then turned back to face David smiling bashfully. "Oh my! How embarrassingly forward of me to call you mine!" She didn't seem embarrassed at all.
"Right." David sweat dropped. "Let us continue." After that every time a group of students tried to get autographs Iris stepped forward, hand on the hilt of her sword. It made things much faster and the finally arrived.
"First year students have the top floor of the dorm house." The leader of second year students guiding them informed them as they stopped on the top floor in front of a hallway with four doors. "Each team has a room they share. Yours is the first one on the left." As he said this two of the other teams, teams RWBY and JNPR, walked down the hall from the opposite end.
"Look Rose!" Ruby squealed. "We're neighbors!" Team RWBY's dorm and their own was next to each other. JNPR's was across from RWBY's which left team CRDL across from them.
"It's good to see you Rose." Weiss Schnee blushed. "Could I maybe get your autograph? It's for my sister." She hurriedly explained the request.
"Of course." Rose smiled. "And I can sign something for you too."
Suddenly Weiss was holding several objects in front of her. "Thank you very much!"
"No fair!" Ruby whined. "I was going to ask too!"
"I can sign something for everyone." Rose smiled brightly.
"These dorms are not separated by gender." David pointed out from inside the room. She hadn't noticed him move. "I do not think it is something we can go to the management with. We will need to arrange things ourselves."
"Come on 'Miss Famous'." Tigris grinned. "If you don't hurry you won't be able to pick where you sleep."
"I'll gladly sacrifice my bedding for David's comfort." Iris sighed. Though the way she was drooling said she was planning on sacrificing more than just her bedding.
Tigris picked the bed closest to the door. She wanted the window but David was already standing beside that one. Glancing around the room she took in the plain tan walls and the four generic beds. If they didn't decorate it no one would even be able to know they lived there.
"I can not let you put something like that up." She suddenly heard David say and glanced over to see something that would scar her eyes forever.
On the ceiling above Iris' bed Iris had a poster of a nearly nude man, only covered in certain areas by clouds, with a picture of David's head covering the model's face. Where she got such a poster or the picture of David she had no clue but it definitely was coming down.
"But I need something wonderful to wake up to!" Iris whined. "You won't let me move the beds closer so why can't I have this?!"
"Because it'll disrupt everyone else." Tigris climbed onto her bed and pulled the monstrosity down. At that moment Rose had finished signing things and came in only to have the poster come down in front of her. And it lined up the clouds perfectly in front of her eyes just far enough that she could see the entire poster.
