Jeff The Killer X Reader - I'll love you for all eternity

Well earned apology, damn

You and Jane were in the line for a smoothie, talking about what you had both just heard.

" Awww! He loves you! " Jane looked so happy, from what you could tell over her mask anyway, bouncing up and down in excitement for you.

" I can't believe L.J told him I loved him... " You trailed off, completely ignoring Jane who looked at you, still bouncing.

" Love, (Y/n)! He LOVES you! " She shouted, emphasising the word love.

" Jeff wasn't supposed to know that... " You continued to yourself.

" Who cares! He loves you back! " definitely too excited about the whole thing.

" We'll have to kill Jeff and L.J now... " You sighed. Poor guys.

"Love is in the- Wait, what? We're not killing my boyfriend... " Jane stopped mid-shouting. You looked at her, sighed and shrugged.

" Sorry, it's for the greater good of humanity. My boyfriend has to go too you know. " You reminded her helpfully. She flicked you in annoyance.

" Okay, first of all, shut up. It's not a big deal that he knows, you know he loves you too. Second of all, we're not killing my boyfriend. Third of all, he's not even your boyfriend. " She shook her head at you and advanced in the line. 

" He loves me, we're practically there. " You followed her along the line.

" Okay, but when he does come talk to you (Y/n), don't bring up the fact that he loves you. You're not supposed to know that, remember? " You nodded at her and finally it was your turn to get a freaking smoothie.

You were sat at a table with Jane, talking about relationships. Well her talking about hers and you, well, talking about your old relationship and your relationship to be. You were thoughtfully twirling your straw in your smoothie, thinking about Jeff.

" -and then he tickled my neck with a feather he got from my pillow. Can you believe it? " Jane looked from her glass to you. " (Y/n)? " She asked, looking at you, concern hidden under her mask. You looked up.

" What? Oh, sorry. Yeah, the feather, go on. " You smiled and nodded. Jane sighed.

" Don't worry about it (Y/n), once he apologises you two will be back together. He loves you, you love him, nothing to worry about. " You smiled weakly at her.

" Yeah, but he broke up with me once, who says he won't do it again? " You asked, looking back down at your smoothie.

" Okay, he was an idiot, yes. But he's learnt from his mistake, I promise. He won't do it again. " She took a sip through her straw and looked behind you. " Oooh, here comes L.J with Jeff in tow. " 

You didn't turn around. You didn't want to look like you were expecting them, you were but shhh.

 " Jane, (Y/n)! What a pleasant surprise! " You turned at L.J's words and your eyes landed on Jeff. You locked eyes before you turned away, a soft blush forming on your cheeks. L.J looked between the two of you and smirked. " Jane, let's go take a walk. " He turned to her and held out his hand. She smiled, you assumed, and took his hand before they walked away, releasing each others hands so as to not draw suspicion.

Jeff turned from looking at them walk away to you, sitting on a seat, looking at your smoothie whilst sipping it. He groaned quietly before sitting in the seat Jane was in moments before.

" (Y/n). " He said softly. You looked up at him, his unblinking eyes looking into your own. You didn't want to make things too easy for him.

" Jeff. " You spoke back. He looked at you for a bit before biting his lip. (Damn, that's hot)

" Look, I understand that what I said and did hurt you. " He started but was quickly interrupted by you.

" Sure you do. " He looked at you, clearly shocked by your sarcasm. You smiled pleasantly. " Go on. " He sighed in aggravation.

" Listen will you? I'm sorry. What I did was mean and uncalled for. I wasn't thinking straight and I've been regretting it since. Okay, I know it was yesterday, but that's still a lot of regret. " He looked at you to see your reaction but you just sat there and stared back. " I just want a second chance. To show you I'm not stupid and I really do like you... " He whispered the last part.

He looked up once again to see your reaction and you once again sat there, staring. He rolled his eyes and tipped his head back, clearly annoyed at your lack of co-operation. (What? I'm not going to let him get away with it so easily when he broke my heart). Jeff growled before glaring at you and sighing very, very loudly.

" Damn it woman, I'm trying to tell you I love you! " He shouted, throwing his arms in the air. His words seemed to register in his mind as he put his arms back down slowly. This time you gave him a reaction, not going to lie, you tried not to, but as much as you tried, you couldn't stop the smile slowly showing itself on your lips.

" Love? " You asked. You had to be sure before saying anything. Jeff sighed again. (So much sighing)

" Yeah, love... " He mumbled out. Next thing he knew someone was hugging him. Well, you were hugging him. He stood shocked, arms at his side whilst he processed what had just happened before his arms wrapped themselves tightly around your waist before pressing you closer to himself.

" I love you too Jeffy. " You smiled at his nickname as he groaned.

" Not Jeffy. " You knew he was pouting. You squeezed him and he kissed the top of your head. You stood there for a while, in each others arms. Nothing could ruin this moment. It was magical really, being in the arms of the man you love. Holding him after admitting to each other that you were in love. The world seemed quiet and paused. Nothing mattered but you two in that specific moment in time. Jeff moved his head slightly so he could whisper in your ear.

" I'll love you for all- "

" OH MY GOD! THEY'RE HUGGING! WE DID IT! WE DID IT! " You heard Jane and L.J shouting together and looked up to see them looking at you both from the small balcony. You laughed and hid your face in your hands. Jeff laughed too. You looked at him and smiled. He was yours.
