"Lets get y'all something to eat." I take Daryl and Morgan back to the house as Jay greets Daryl and I with a hug.

"I heard the gunshot at the tower." She says.

"I'm ok. Someone got in and I had to take care of it. Want something to eat?" I let go of her and head for the kitchen.

"Please, I'm starving." She pleads.

"Your always hungry." Daryl says.

"I'm a growing child. Who's this?" Jay points out.

"Morgan." The man sticks his hand out as Jay hesitates.

"Its ok. He's a friend of Rick's." Daryl says. Jay shakes his hand as I place three bowls of soup on the counter.

"Eat up." Daryl was the first to snatch up the bowl. Rick walked in the house still bloody.

"You were right. It wasn't over." Morgan says to Rick.

"We should talk more tomorrow.
Listen I don't take chances anymore." Rick says.

"And you shouldn't." Morgan replies back. These two have history. Before Rick became cold.

The next morning Daryl worked on his bike as I watched. Jay was on gate duty and Sasha insist taking my watch on the tower for the day. Rick walks up to us. They placed Morgan in a gated up room.

"So, is he okay with it?" Daryl asked Rick.

"It was pretty much his idea. He gets it." Rick waves it off.

"Being locked up like a prisoner? That's his idea?" I asked.

"It's got a bed and a bath, but it's still a cage, you know?" Daryl mumbles.

"He gets it. He told me what happened out there with the trucks." Rick says.

"He tell you about those guys he met? The Ws."

"Like that walker we saw, yeah." Rick says.

"Or the woman who got in here." I said.

"We need more watch points. Which you will be in charge of, Harley. And I'm gonna tell Deanna we don't need to go looking for people anymore. You feel different about it?" Rick asked Daryl.

"Yeah, I do."

"Well, people out there, they got to take care of themselves, just like us. I'm gonna get him out. Shouldn't leave him in there any longer than we have to." Rick says as he walks away. Daryl and I head inside to take a short nap. I haven't been able to sleep much now that I trade back and forth with gate duty and tower watching. Rick walks in the house with Morgan trailing behind.

"Thousands of Walkers stuck in a pit guarded off by large trucks. The trucks look unsteady and might fall off the cliff. We need to take care of it." Rick says. Wait what?

"We can take care of 50 or so but thousands? How do we get rid of them?" Daryl asked.

"Were gonna work out something. Lead them in a closed off area." Morgan says.

"A building?" I asked.

"No, something more bigger." Rick says as he paces back and forth.

"I've got a plan. Daryl will lead them somewhere else. I've got a certain area in mind. Bike will make noise and draw them to follow. Lead them away from Alexandria."

"I'll ride with him." I say.

"No." Daryl shakes his head.

"Something happens we got each other instead of you being alone." I look up at him.

"I won't let you out there." Daryl says.

"Where you go I go." I tell him as I grab his hand.

"I'm gonna make a watch schedule, I'm going. Rosita will definitely be on the list with Spencer." I say.

"Good. Another person?" Rick asked.

"Holly will do great. I can stay too. I'll help with the kids and help with the schedule." Jay walks up.

"That will work." Rick nods his head.

"I want everyone gathered around so we can talk about this. Spread the word." We all run around to gather everyone up in a house. A few fresh faces appeared. Daryl sits in the window ceil type couch. As I go over and lay my back against his chest. His arms wrap around my waist as I held his hands on my lap. Jay sat at the end where my feet were.

"My team we saw it early on, back when we were on one of those first scouts, finding out what was around here. There was a camp at the bottom.
The people, they must have blocked the exits with one of those trucks back when everything started to go bad.
They didn't make it. They were all roamers. Maybe a dozen of them." This guy named Heath cracks his knuckles.

"No one's been back since?"

"DC, every town worth scavenging are all in the other direction. And I never really felt like having a picnic next to the camp that ate itself." Heath says.

"So all the while the walkers have been drawn by the sound and they're making more sound and they're drawing more in." Michonne crosses her arms.

"And here we are. Now what I'm proposing, I know it sounds risky, but walkers are already slipping through the exits. One of the trucks keeping the walkers in could go off the edge any day now. Maybe after one more hard rain. That exit sends them east. All of them. Right at us. This isn't about if it gives, it's when. It's gonna happen. That's why we have to do this soon." Rick stands there still.

"This is-- I don't even have another word for it. This is terrifying. All of it.
But it doesn't sound like there's any other way." Carol plays innocent.

"Maybe there is. I mean, couldn't we just build up the weak spots? I could draw up plans. I worked on the wall with Reg. Construction crew-- we can try and make it safe." Carter speaks up.

"Even if we could, the sound of those walkers is drawing more and more every day. Building up the exits won't change that." Rick tell Carter.

"It will all crumble down. Leading the walkers to Alexandria. That many walkers they could take down the wall in days maybe even hours." I shrug my shoulders.

"We're gonna do what Rick says, the plan he's laid out." Deanna looks out the window with her back to us.

"I told you all, we're gonna have Daryl and Harley leading them away." Rick sighs. Daryl nods his head as I look up at Rick.

"Me, too. I'll take a car, ride next to them. Can't just be them. I'll keep 'em coming, Daryl and Harley keeps 'em from getting sloppy." Sasha raises her hand.

"I'll go with her. It's a long way to white-knuckle it solo." Abraham steps forward.

"That works." I say and look over at Rick who nods his head.

"We'll have two teams. One on each side of the forest helping manage this thing. We're gonna have a few people on watch from now on. Rosita, Spencer, and Holly. So they're out.
So who's in?" Rick looks around the room.

"Me." Michonne says.

"You should keep an eye on her. Keep going with the plans you talked about." Glenn says.

"I know, but this is important." Maggie says.

"She's important. People are scared. They need to see her come back." Glenn whispers looking at Deanna. She is still mourning over Reg.

"That's not the only reason." Maggie whispers back.

"Yeah, it isn't. I'm in." Glenn says.

"I'd like to help as well." Gabriel says.

"No. Who else? We need more." Rick looks around the group.

"Gabriel, you and Jay will help keep the watch schedule on track. Since I will be out there I need you to step up. I am gonna show you how it will work out. Jay is gonna help you out. Someone needs to look out for the kids. You think you can do those things?" I say as he nods his head.
