We were driving the car in silence. I kept looking out the window and back at Aaron. Rick opens up the glove box pulling out several different plates. They had different states on them. I look at Aaron skeptical. I've only seen stuff like this in horror or crime shows.

"Um, I'm trying to collect all 50 states. Put them all on a wall in my house."

"You have your own house?" Michonne asked. Must be nice.

"Mm. See for yourself." He nods his head to his bag as she pulls out the pictures.

"Don't get smart." I mumble. I look over at the pictures.

"I get that you have all these pictures to represent your place. But don't you think the main one would be your people? I mean you got a nice place, I'll give you that. But none of these pictures have people in them. How do we know what we're getting ourselves into without evidence of your group existing?" I ask.

"Yeah, Why don't you have any pictures of your people?" Michonne agrees with me.

"Oh, I took a picture of the whole group, but I didn't get the exposure right. When I tried to develop it later, it just," Michonne cuts him off.

"Did you ask him the questions?" Rick looks back then to the the front.

"No." He says. Well this will be interesting.

"How many walkers have you killed?" Michonne asked.

"I'm sorry, what?" Aaron looked confused.

"Walkers." I say.

"How many?"

"I don't know. A lot." He doesn't keep track.

"How many people?" Michonne looks closer.

"Two." He says quietly.

"Why?"

"Because they tried to kill me." He tells us. He seems like an honest man. Hasn't lied to us yet. Rick shows us a gun with a cone at the end of it.

"You were listening to us?" Glenn asked. Oh. That's what it is.

"I already said I was watching you. Yes, I was listening." Aaron gives in.

"It means his people could have one, too. They could've heard our plan.
This isn't safe." Rick says.

"Shit!" Glenn slams on the brakes sending me flying to the windshield.

"Glenn!" Rick exclaims. Rick pushes me back in my seat as Michonne sits me up. I felt as if bricks fell on top of my head. It hurt to blink.

"You good?" She moves the hair out of face. Her hand was covered in my blood.

"Yeah."

"You hit the damn windshield. Almost went right through it." Rick says as he turns back to look at me.

"I'm fine." I say dizzily.

"They were right behind us. They would have hit us. Now they can get out." Glenn tells Rick. Glenn finally stopped the car as we all pile out. I took out a few walkers.

"I don't see them." Rick tells us. I don't see them either. Panic sets in. I'm sure Jay and Daryl will be fine but there is always that thought in the back of your head. It tells you they wont make it.

"No, they're gone. They got away." Glenn stood on top of the car.

"All right, we'll circle back and find them. Let's go." Rick tells us as we all get back into the car.

"They're okay?" Aaron worries.

"Yeah." Michonne sighs.

"All right, we can take a left a couple of miles up 23. Jefferson Avenue." Rick pulls out the map.
