"You do know I still love you, right?"
He said it straightforward, with a serious face.
"Danny..." You managed to say, but he cut you off. "Not another word from you." He said, not breaking his stare.
Slowly he began to lean forward, and soon enough, his lips connected with yours.
You were surprised at first, but accepted it. After the kiss we both sat there silently, holding each other in a hug.
"You do know, I still love you too, right?" You smiled and you felt Dan shift and look at you with his signature goofy grin.
"Yeah."

I know I didn't update yesterday, and I kinda predicted that.
I knew I'd be exhausted and tired after the basketball game, so what I did when I got home was make this short chapter.
But I fell asleep before I could publish it, so here I am now at 7 am, giving you your chapter.
